20 cr? Serious? I predict the film will straggle to hit 10cr day 1

20 crore seems too high. I was thinking somewhere in the neighborhood of 8-12 crores. Do you think since it’s Eid walk ins will take it to 20? Is that doable since movies like Crew and Shaitan are still playing?

Completely agree on choosing BMCM for a title being a mistake. I think they did it to borrow from the cult following (for lack of a better word) of the original yet it actually worked against the movie. Although I’m not sure a different title would have saved it.

I've posted BOI's opening numbers for both films!! I was expecting walk-ins to help BMCM, but alas....looks like the collection came under 20 cr!

I also don’t think the film will open well one reason is the last minute date change
