Angad showing heartbreak, care when her finger was about to burn , everything was overboard but this was for audience to assume that he loved her all six years despite he never thought of her safety during the leap. Here everything happen instantly, may be for TRP.

They never give any built up and suddenly they will throw everything in one episode. And we will be confused and no connect with previous episodes,. Like how sahiba was not excusing Angad after slap and suddenly she got ready to sleep with him. so we have to assume that , Angad and sahiba loved eo despite hating .
