Aaj ka episode was so difficult to watch. I cried as much as I cried when Babu died.

Raghu spilled the beans to the ladies.

Tayi amma saw Agastya ke naam ka cake, taunts Imlie and throws the cake in the dustbin. How dare she, humare Agastya babu ka cake tha woh. Surya sees Imlie crying and goes and adds Agastya ka name to his birthday cake. They both have an understanding look to each other. Chachi is the sweetest to make Surya feed the cake to Imlie.

Anjali and Surya talk, she tells him not to ruin all their lives due to the majboori and leave Imlie. He wants Imlie to decide if she wants to stay married to him. The confrontation scene main Sai was very good. Anjali actor was not able to match the intensity sadly. Imlie heard their conversation.

Again khana gira dia. Yeh log pagal hai kya.

Imlie was shattered knowing the truth. Was not able to believe it. Adrija was very good in this scene. He told her Agastya died because of him. Imlie ne bahut maara Surya ko, he took the beating too.

She ran away from home. Imlie fell from the cycle, was miserably crying, her inner voice told her the sindoor she is wearing is from Agastya ka blood. It was so difficult to watch the death ka flashback.

Why so cruel CVs. Baar baar kyu dikha rahe ho yeh. I hope Imlie and Surya talk and she understands Surya did not kill Agastya, he is innocent. Next few episodes will be interesting to watch.

PS: Feel bad for Sai. Har show main bechara apni biwi ke haathon pit-ta hai. Hopefully real life is kind to him

Kashish I need to finish my dinner as well. We definitely will be discussing this episode today. I need to calm down. I broke down for Surya and Imlie and most of all for Agastya today.

This was totally unexpected. I did not know expect that Imlie will come to know of the truth like this. It was heart breaking to see both Surya and Imlie after the truth came out. It is going to uproot them and now that the storm has passed, we need to see how the wounded hearts will heal.

Surya and Imlie finally started on a path of being civil and cordial with each other. The beginning flirty scene was nicely done. Surya was finally getting Imlie to react to him and Imlie was genuinely flustered when Surya said he wanted Imlie.

Tayiji sees the cake with Agastya ka name on it and gets angry that Imlie is still having feelings for her first husband. Arey it will take some time - at least maybe now Tayiji can realize that Imlie was not the one who wanted to fasao Surya. But nope Tayiji is that mother who thinks only her son is the best one and everyone else is wrong. I absolutely hated Tayiji throwing the cake away. Bechari Imlie crying seeing the cake in the dustbin - She did not deserve this. Surya saw all this and felt bad for her and hence he wrote Agastya's name too on the cake.

Malti, Nirmala and Anjali came to know the truth from Raghu. I honestly felt today Malti had some sympathy for Imlie and hence she was not taunting her and was looking at her with uneasy eyes. But Anjali had to talk to Surya about this. The conversation was really good. Surya has left the relationship status to Imlie. He is in the relationship for life time but he is not going to force Imlie to follow it. He just wants Imlie to be independent and be successful in her life. In the whole conversation with Anjali, Surya never said that this marriage is for 1 year nor gave her any indication that they can be together after sometime. Anjali needs to realize that Surya is not hers.

Imlie was heart broken after the truth. I did not like that Imlie hit Surya like that and that violently but this is the same Imlie who was ready to even fire all the bullets into Vishwa when it came to safeguarding her babu. So I understand where Imlie is coming from. Surya stood there and just took all the blows that Imlie raged on him - it was a lover's/wife's pain coming out and he was ready to take them if that gave some solace to the hurting person. And this Tayiji still thinks Imlie should be grateful for Surya marrying Imlie and is not ready to even see Imlie's point of view.

The last scene was heartbreaking. Imlie will now have the conflict between her heart vs her mind. She is married to the guy who caused her love's demise. And Surya will have a mountain of regret to cross to even get Imlie to forgive him. As the things stand I feel they can get to a life of compromise but Imlie falling in love with Surya would be doubtful. It is not fair on Surya or Imlie or Agastya - It just was not written in the stars for them.

Overall an awesome episode and I am going to watch it again just to see the sheer outburst and the emotions flaring between Surya and Imlie.

Seeing today's episode I felt so sad for everyone - Imlie, Surya and above all Agastya.

Agastya - he never had known unconditional love. He would have really been spoilt for life if he did not die that day. It was just his bad luck that Navya ka man removed the brakes and then Surya's enemies mistook him for Surya. I can never get over the episode of Agastya's death. Both Imlie and Agastya knowing that this would be the last they would see each other and Agastya saying Aji sunti ho - I love you Mrs. Imlie Agastya Singh Chaudhary. Why did Agastya have to die.

Imlie :- She loved Babu like no other. In the Satyavan episode she tells Agastya that lot of people judged her and always called her names but Agastya was the one who came back to apologize. She experienced the innocent first love feelings with Agastya. She never stopped calling him babu - He was always her babu, the one who stole her heart, the one who she loved with all her being. She did not deserve to see her husband die on their wedding day.

Surya :- He is innocent in this whole game of destiny. He did not even know that he had a twin brother. He should not have been abandoned at birth and shouldn't have to bear the guilt of his adopted father dying due to him. And now he suddenly comes to know that his twin brother was killed in case of mistaken identity. And not only that he has seen Imlie, the wife of his twin brother writher in front of him, be a servant in her own house, he has seen the lengths to which Imlie goes in her love towards her babu. Dadi makes him marry Imlie and now he is married to her. He sacrifices his love, his desires and gets married to Imlie so that he can somehow atone for what happened to his dead brother and Imlie due to him. He will never ever have a moment of peace - He will have this guilt and he is destined to bear this cross till he is alive. That is a big cross to carry.

Now the truth has exploded - Need to see how Surya and Imlie's lives will be affected due to this raging storm. I honestly feel the creatives have written themselves into a corner - There is no way they can show Imlie falling out of love with Agastya and falling in love with Surya. Is that the reason they are going for a leap ? Looks like it. I so wish the creatives had kept some path to trace back and that would have been easily accomplished if they made Surya the one who died and Agastya the one who survived. But nope writers ko apni karni thi - Ab bhugto.

Let me start by saying Sai and Adrija hit it right out of the park today. All credits to the episode goes to them.

One of the best episodes in a long long time. I had teary eyes throughout.

It broke my heart to see Tayi throw away Agastya ka birthday cake. Even though Surya added Agastya ka name to his cake, it did not change the fact that there was no one there except Imlie to actually cry for him. Agastya did not lead a very happy life. He had finally had a chance to lead a happy life with Imlie but that did not last more than a few hours. It all came back to me when I saw that cake in the dustbin. Imlie breaking down and crying was so hurtful. This house main she can't even cry or mourn for the love of her life.

It broke my heart to see Surya tell Anjali that it will be Imlie ka decision what she wants to do after a year. He will not force her. He knows why he married her, he knows he unknowingly was responsible for the biggest pain in her life. He is just trying in whatever way he can to make her life a bit better. Even if that means sacrificing all his happiness for life. You know Surya would have probably willingly died that day in Agastya ka place. He was not given a choice there. This man was abandoned and snatched away from his family at birth, carried the guilt of his father's death and now his twin's. Bechara will really need therapy. The way he hung his head in shame admitting his guilt before Imlie. The way this man stood there taking blow after blow believing he deserved it, believing that would hopefully lessen Imlie ka pain.

The way Imlie was shattered when she heard her husband was responsible for August babu ka death. Oh my god. She did not expect this. How could Surya be responsible for Agastya ka death. It all brought back everything she lost. Every hope and dream of hers that remained unfulfilled for life - all because of Surya. The cycle ride and the way she remembered Agastya ke last moments. He should not have died that day, should not have died that day. I don't understand the writers are so foolish man. It was painful to see Imlie breakdown.

You know I did not feel bad that she was violent to Surya. She needed an outlet to vent, may be he needed a way to lessen his guilt. This was needed to heal and hopefully they are able to heal. I hope Imlie gets to know Surya was not responsible for Agastya ka death. He was destined to die, if not by the goon pointing the gun, by the brake fail. There was no way that would change. I hope she helps Surya understand he was not at fault. Even if they take a short leap here with Imlie coming to terms with this, I will be ok.

One of the most difficult episodes to watch in this show for sure. I hope someday I am able to go back and watch Imlie Agastya love story. I hope the pain of losing Agastya will lessen with time.

Also, we were all having so much fun in the AT this afternoon. Kya patha tha itna rona padega raat aate aate :(

I’m rewatching the episode and this was such an emotionally intense one y’all.

We started with Adrija and Sai’s aankhon mein aankhon chemistry as Surya and Imlie. Very different from the scenes with Agastya, but you could see the beginning of something warm settling between them. They had come to an understanding after the biryani sharing, this was their truce. The BGM perfectly captured that little awkward flirty moment between them.

Tayyi really has nothing good to do in life. I knew something was going to happen the moment I saw her in the kitchen. She keeps referring to Agastya as Imlie’s first husband as if it’s poison on her tongue. I felt Imlie’s breakdown because this is August Babu who were talking about, that man used to light up the halls of this house with his presence. It feels so surreal for us as an audience to realize that he’s no longer here, imagine how hard it must be for Imlie. It’s not like Imlie is sneaking out to meet an ex-husband for his birthday, she simply wished to honour her late husband’s birthday.

I’m glad Surya saw her tears and acted upon it. Tayyi kept reducing Agastya’s importance, I’m glad Surya reminded her that he was also his twin brother. These two would have had such a great bond, had they had they chance to grow up together. They could’ve shared their strength instead of carrying everything alone.

Chachi is ever so cute in her attempts to bring some normalcy in Surya and Imlie’s relationship. It was truly such a sweet little moment when he fed her the cake.

Nirmala’s hate for Surya is so unjustified but at the same time she really is the most manipulative member in that household. The way she uses every situation to her advantage is crazy. Anjali’s performance didn’t really move me but Sai absolutely nailed it today.

Adrija and him are so phenomenal honestly. From the moment Imlie heard the truth, to when she started backing away, you could see the concern and panic in Surya’s eyes. Her reaction, although shocking and violent, was so powerful. These are moments where I forget it’s actors, because it no longer feels like two people reading lines of a script. They have truly owned and brought these character to life in front of us.

Imlie’s last scene during the end of the episode needed its own little post. Adrija is honestly such an powerful actress, she has brought so many shades to this character that I truly felt my eyes filling up with tears for Imlie. There was no break in the emotions, she executed every scene so seamlessly and perfectly.

I remember when Imlie and Agastya’s contract marriage happened, she refused to have the sindoor of his name because it was a lie. But as fate would have it be, sindoor mixed with his blood, filled her mang so deeply that the colour has yet to fade from her heart today. Her love for him ended up being the biggest truth in her life. She loved Agastya with such devotion and intensity that this all seems like a cruel game of fate.

The way she aggressively tried to get rid of Surya’s sindoor as if it burnt her, that look in her eyes was the kind that brings shivers to one’s soul. Especially after hearing her inner voice say that she married the man who’s “responsible” for her August Babu’s death.

My eyes couldn’t focus on the flashback of Agastya’s death, there was really no way for him to survive that day. Nothing Imlie or Surya could’ve done, but both of them are now filled with guilt and immense pain.

I really don’t know what will make Imlie come back to the house, especially now that the Reddy’s know the reason for her marriage with Surya. Plus her beating him up definitely made things worse between her and Tayyi.

I hope Surya doesn’t give up on her and continues trying to support her, even if it’s without her knowing. I don’t know if a leap will happen or not. I just know today’s episode was a lot and there’s no going back from the floodgate of emotions they’ve opened up.

I’m not keeping any big expectation and I won’t have any theories for now. I’m just going to keep going with the flow. Aage ki kahani jaane Radharani!

Haven't watched the episode, what did Imlie exactly hear, did she hear that it was someone who mistook Agastya for Surya and shot at him. If that is the case, I will be honest, although I can understand Imlie being distraught the GBH on Surya was uncalled for, if she needed to vent and have an outlet she could have destroyed the house. Surya is only indirectly the reason for the death, had the brakes not been tampered with that car would not have swerved like it did and Agastya would not have lost control like he did.

If she hadn't heard the whole story and only the did that Surya is the reason Agastya died, then I can understand the outburst as she doesn't have the whole story.

Anjali is alag level the chipku, does Surya know that Anjali is that one who did the bail, that will not sit well with him at all, I hope he band bajaos her real good. The actor who plays Anjali is lackluster, doesn't engage me at all, even Nayonika was much better.

I really want the truth if Raghu to be out now as well, Malti and Nirmala need to know just how much Surya and Imlie tried to protect Malti from her atrocious husband.

This Tayiji is alag level Ka backward thinking woman, how can she say she doesn't want the women in the house to work, when she herself works for the family business!!!! Or can the women work but only in the family business, not any outside work. Even so she is seeming regressive day by day. Even the saving grace of chachiji isn't working.
