Kareena started performing better in her second inning. Can’t compare that yet as Alia is not there yet.

Um Chameli, Dev, Omkara are all within 3-5 years of her debut more or less. Kya second innings.

Alia's only stand out performances in her first few years was Highway. Apart from that she did run-of-the mill romcoms which were entertaining on script themselves.

Dance is not kareena’s forte she was awkward in both dance numbers and I agree Alia will easily do those but yeah staying away from such songs sounds good
