Shocking update… commendably written 

ahh Geet managed to get defend herself

admire how she handled the situation

liked that she threatened her family

despicable people

hate Geet's family

sad that her mom did not support her

pleased that she put them in their places

relieved that they stopped harming her

but they tied Geet to a chair and locked the door

what can one expect from these people?

oh no they want to get Geet married

good that Lady A tried to call Geet

as expected Geet did not answer her calls

so she recalled what Geet said 

Lady A's concern was reasonable

nice that she called Maan

Maan was indeed skeptical and concerned

well he advised Lady A what to do

not surprised that he is on his way there

nice that he cautioned Lady A how to handle the situation 

hmm Maan revealed that Geet's family is unaware if their marriage

Lady A was clearly in her element

she handled everything effortlessly

at least she found Geet

Thank God she saved Geet

Geet's family had no choice but to let her go

Geet was naturally concerned about her face

Geet fought back and made enough threats that the family stepped back from hurting her. But she is still locked up.

Lady A to the rescue. So far she never had to defend Geet. Now is the time. Lets see her in action.

Kudos to lady A. She delivered. She is the right type of person to deal with this family. She would have knocked them all out if they did not back off.

She did right by cutting off all ties with that family. They were never hers. They will regret big time once they know the whole story. But they do not deserve her forgiveness.

Geet family sucks! more than anything but happy that she got out this mess, Maan is there but Geet is relucant to show her vulnerablity more like ashmed cant blame her, hope Maan soothes her

Lady says in hushed tone- Boss, you can do it? Should I do it? Madam would be in good amount of pain right now...

M - I'll handle this. You call and inform her crew that she will be delayed by 2 days at least and any costs. We will bear it.

Maan takes the ointment and turns towards Geet, who had lowered her face hiding behind the disheveled hair.

M - ... look at me...

He tries to say it gently, but his words sound cold and angry.

Geet shakes her head.

G- I am fine. Just drop me home please.

M – …Geet. Look at me. C'mon

She shakes her head.

He gently tries to brush back her hair.

But it inadvertently draws a painful hiss from her.

Even her head is swollen and tender at the places her hair had been pulled.

Maan immediately withdraws his hand.

He was trying to be gentle.

He was trying very hard to be calm.

He was trying his hardest to suppress the bubbling rage inside himself.

M - Geetanjali. Look at me. C’mon...

He touches her chin and tries to apply slight pressure to make her face him.

Finally able to see her face,  Maan takes  in a deep breath.

Geet’s hair was in a disarray. Few strands clearly torn off.

Her left eye and cheek were badly bruised and slightly swollen.

He could even see a slight imprint of the fingers on her cheek.

Her lip was also split and bleeding slightly.

She looks like an abused victim.

Maan takes out the medicine with shaky hands.

After a few more deep breaths he tries to clean up her wounds.

The more he tries to be calm and steady, more angry he became.

This woman….Not even 12 hours ago…she was looking so lovely and radiant like a Goddess.

Geet could feel how carefully and tenderly Maan was trying to treat her.

She couldn't stop her eyes welling up.

After cleaning up the dirt and blood, Maan applies the medicine to bring down the swelling and avoid blood clotting.

He didn't even ask her if it hurt coz, he knew she would be hurting physically and emotionally.

When he was done taking care of her face. He started looking all over her and sees the scratches on her arms and neck. The tie marks around her reddened wrists.

M – Wif- Geet. Although our contract says that we won't interfere in each other's lives. But we need to change this. If one of us is hurt or under distress. The other person is allowed to use any means and force they feel is necessary to take care, seek revenge and compensation.

Let's put this clause in effect right now. Hmm?

G- No need

She mutters.

M - I'll just go and have a little chat, okay?

G - No. You don't have to do anything.

Maan continues taking care of her scratches one by one. Not pausing for a second. Not raising his head to look straight at her. At the same time, he talks about letting him deal with her family.

Just like Geet didn't want Maan to see her battered face and the rotten incident behind it. Maan also didn't want Geet to see his cold calculating ruthless face right now.

He had heard people say that his eyes look cold and dead, like corpse’s eyes; when he calmly, methodically, unscrupulously ruins people and businesses that have touched his bottom line.

He didn't care about collateral damage.

He doesn't weigh in past relations or favors.

He didn't want her seeing him in a scary hateful light right now.

But he was barely keeping his outburst in check.

M - Okay. I won't go off if you don't want me to. I know who they are. I'll take care of it without exposing my face or identity.

Geet places her hand over his to stop him.

She could feel his fingers tremble.

G - No. You are being too emotional right now. You will not do anything until you calm down.

Maan finally looks at her feeling incredulous.

He is emotional? Him?!!?

Okay he is angry but that's all.

He can be angry calm.

In fact, anger cleared his mind and made him more focused.

M - I am very calm and rational right now.

G - You are not. You haven't been since last night. And that feeling hasn't gone away when suddenly this incident has happened, and you are becoming too hyper.

M - Do you see me shouting? Yelling? What sign of hyperactivity am I am showing?

G - The proposal to interfere in each other's life. That’s your muddled and heat of the moment thinking. Yes, we are attracted to each other physically. But other than that, what am I to you? Am I even a human in your eyes or just a play toy? Don't patronize and don't delude yourself. Feeling attraction is just physical. We are barely touching the civility of being casual friends. If last night hadn't happened, you wouldn't be so worked up right now. And I know what my family did is wrong. Incredibly wrong. But I also know what you can and will do to them is going to be 100 times worse. But I don’t want it. I have broken off with them. I have made peace with it. I still don't want to hurt them.

M - Did you bang your head so hard that you have started spouting nonsense now? You don't want to hurt them? You don't want them to pay back even a bit for they have done? Are you Mother Teresa or a Robot? I am emotional? Are you human? How can you say there is nothing between us?

G - Maybe I did bang my head too hard, and everything is crystal clear right now. What's there between us? Huh tell me? Other than physical attraction and you enjoying shaking me and my life like a human toy. What else is there between us? Is there care, love, devotion? Do you even like me as a person? Do you even know me as a person? Or just see the parts of me you want to, and which make you happy.

Maan couldn't answer her questions or completely deny her accusations, yet he couldn't just do nothing.

G - I am cashing in a favor right now. You will not interfere with my family in any way.

M. - Don't be absurd!

G - You said I can ask for anything.

M - You don't want this. You are not thinking clearly.

G - I am more clear than you. And even if I want to get even. I can do it myself Mr. Maan Singh Khurana.  I don't need you fighting my battle for me. I think we really need some time apart. To clear our minds.

Maan puts his head between his hands, fighting a battle with himself.

Never in his life had he denied himself from acting on such strong desire.

He couldn't wrap his head around what she wants.

And she is right. One more look at her injuries and he will say - to hell with the contract and favors and her saintly wishes.

He would clean up her family first and then think up of his to make it up to her.

Warring with himself. He casually pats her head.

M - okay, as you wish. Let's do what you want.

Saying that, he turns and gets off the car.

Once outside, he kicks the car tire hard, raising his fist to smash against the car.

But he is pulled away by lady A

Lady A- Boss. Stop hitting the car. You'll scare people inside. They are already scared enough today.

Maan felt too unresolved.

Unable to do what he wants, unable to vent out his frustrations.

He looks at lady A and gives her an ultimatum.

M - This is second time she is hurt under your care. There will not be a third. If she loses as much as a hair on her body now. I don't care who what where. I 'll settle scores with you first.

Lady A nods calmly.

Lady A- Fair enough. I failed my job today. Boss you are right. For now, though I think you should go find a boxing ring to settle your mood.

Maan ignores her reply and stomps away.
