i think sahiba side will have more weightage considering All Physical and emotional torture the brars done to sahiba.. there's literally countless things that has happened to sahiba at BM...

1.staying in store room after marriage

2. asked to divorce twice (by inder n manberr.. though both will not be that relavent)

3. divorce by Angad

4.slap

5.Staying in servant quarters

6.Sent mental asylum

7.thrown out of BM after miscarriage

if this is presented before court, any sane judge will not allow the kid to stay in such a house where his mother was treated less than a servant.

The only weightage Angad will have is

1. sahiba hid the truth of child. (partially true)

2.brars are financially stable.

But mostly to create drama.. custody battle will not include sahiba suffering /pain... it will be abt sahibas as a careless mother who cannot provide for the child.. versus the rich and famous business man Angad Singh Brar.

He will be granted shared custody even in the unlikely scenario that she is unable to provide any proof of cruelty by the biological father against her.

it will be sole custody only.

either Angad wins custody and story goes rishta way

or sahiba wins custody and out of her mahanatha she agrees for shared custody with Angad.

or may be like in YHM, custody will be given based on with whom akir wants to go.. and he chooses D n S..

either way akir will end up with sahiba.. and Angad will have no choice but to find a middle ground with sahiba on Akir.

Angad finding Middle ground with sahiba means kalesh n brar toxicity which we have seen countless number of time...

By the way track/options Koi Bhi Ho uska end result ek hi hota hai "all blame on Sahiba" no matter whose mistake it was

and tbh.. i never felt a romantic walla love from sahiba to Angad.. it felt like family walla love.. she loved Angad.. just like she loved everyone else..

but Angad was more romantic walla love that has yet to be family walla love.. if he truly considered sahiba his family he wouldn't have asked her to leave.

Angad pain / grief / promise took over his love for Sahiba, and he faced the consequences and still facing it by missing the most precious years of his child …

Sahiba is not sure what she thinks. Let's hope we will get a whole flashback today or tomorrow but Choosing another man as a father without giving a chance to a biological father is a way more stupid/criminal/irrational thing. That to after 5 yrs ?? Its pure hatred or revenge only let see what is instore for us ..

I agree.. both were impulsive in their decisions.. both are hotheaded..

Angad in his pain and hurt asked Sahiba to leave.. sahiba too was in as much as pain as Angad.. but Angad failed to understand that..

Also wen sahiba gave Birth to the child she should have informed him.. i agree she might have felt betrayed and hurt wen Angad rejected her even after telling about the baby.. but sahiba should've also considered angads pain his loss..

Sahiba had no right to refuse Angad his rights as a father. she should have informed him of the child's birth..

if they don't show in flashback, a valid reason other than the phone call as sahiba reason for not informing Angad of akir.. then sahiba will Have made the biggest mistake ever. i hope they have some flashback scenes similar to kuch rang wen sona came to devs house with the baby and was refused by his mother.

I am aware that daily soaps do not care about laws , but I have to laugh at the posters' firm conviction that fraud took place while ignoring tangible incidents of abuse against the female lead. Only in the West is paternity fraud punishable, and Angad is not the victim of it. If we were to apply western laws, Angad would be put on a registry, and if he was deemed to be a high risk, he would not be permitted in many public areas like parks and schools, much less win a custody case.

He is the one who rejected her 600 times, asked her to get out and refused to listen but it is her job to keep informing him by hook or crook. Why did he not care if she was even alive 9 months later? The baby is not a parcel she should deliver after she births it and wait for receiver to accept it. If he wants the kid he should have shown basic humanity towards the woman carrying the kid. If the mother is disposable the child will be too. (Yes we know his blood and all but ultimately kid also is blood of the mother who he has always punished irrespective of if it is her mistake or not. Don't get why onus is on her to inform by hook or crook and not on the man to actually bother a bit if she is even alive given he kicked her out when she miscarried)

If we observe in whole TMD scenario, Angad VS Sahiba , always Sahiba mistakes goes under carpet by highlighting Angad reactions and words , they are saving it for TRPS because of Copy pasting scenes ..

at bars 2 deaths happened Darji also died we never know when he died ??? but not coming face to face 5 yrs is along time for me to support sahiba , giving another man father rights its not at all her character .. today precap , its not Sahiba is choosing it a Mother who is talking decision???? Seriously ???

hopefully this time they show both made mistakes . Because here Child is involved . They have to accept both did fault. Angad has to work on it with more patience, because he has to win the child heart too Lets see ..
