Appu is in a unique position to call out anything and say her piece without having consequences lol. She is the unsung hero in this show.

I wish there was a plot twist where Appu is sane but just wants to act this way to sunaofy everyone...

I watched so many on locations but this one I'm enjoying it from a drama show it turned out into comedy.

Instead, of Jhanak biting back I am a maid, she should have said... mein refugee nahi hoon, hostage hoon. Sirji ji... inhone mujhe zabardast yahan rakha hai iss ghar mein. Toh mein Hostage hui na? Sir ji, Aap correct terms use kijiye na?? Hostage, Refugee nahi.... teekhai with the same pissed off smile.

But absolutely loved how she looked so done with everything, and the deadpan face with which she gave back to the boses.

Mostly to piss her off.. I think, he used it so that she would comeback with an apt reply like Anushaji mentioned.. or even asked it was you who married me and brought me here..

Hope writers make good use of this situation to bring out jealousy, anger, love etc.. and not use words that make these two look callous and irritating.

today it seemed like she likes him too, but cause of his family & Arshi..she hurts him purposely, but behind his back..she respects him a lot..even he seems like understanding her..but both dont want to accept it

Don’t have any hopes from Janak. She is the most submissive Female lead I have seen in Hindi tv shows. Her retort for refugee, I am a maid. Why can’t she put a I am a maid sticker in her forehead? Not that I demean any profession. If that is what she wanted to do and she is good at it, she can very well do that. On the AD launch day, she gave big talks and then came back to this.

Definitely, she could have even talked about her aspirations of becoming a dancer.. talked about her modeling career.. but all she wanted was to portray herself as a maid.

What is she thinking.. taklu uncle will also think he got a free maid

I understand she has abandoned all hope!! But she must take charge at some point.

@bold - where is that Jhanak.. Did the Doctors detoxify her spirits too??
