My two cents -Anirudh has given Jhanak his name and says Janak Bose but he will still await to call her as "Meri Patni" and call her as ristedar because Jhanak has not accepted this relationship and herself as patni of his. He will wait till then to give a proper stamp to this relationship.

That also won’t be easy as this week itself, Shristi and Bose family will start planning for Janak’s wedding. We need to see what Ani does now after saying Janak Bose.
