Actually the casting is pretty good except I don't agree with Aamir as Chandler and Manisha as Monica. The rest are on point.

However, the AI edits themselves look ghastly.

IMO, Kajol would make a good Monica and Saif could be Chandler.

Yes I agree.

Urmila is perfect as Rachel. I can see Karishma doing the role as well.

Salman was tailor-made for the role of Joey.

Juhi also has the comedic chops for Phoebe.

Kajol could play Phoebe too but I think Monica would suit her best like you said.

Saif also seems like the best fit for Chandler. Chandler's character was always more effeminate and he was originally intended to be gay. I've heard that Saif in the 90s was considered very effeminate so he seems like a good fit.
