Any actor or actress that joins politics simply because of the reputation their cinematic work gave them are a 'bad joke' to me.

Being a politician true to the meaning is hard work - especially on a level mostly unknown to the work of an actor/actress...so, to me, this comes across as something that has more to do with ego-caressing and money reasons with others doing the hard work.
