You know..they are trying every other trick in the book except the one which the audience would really like to see...why this arrogance? I don't know...at this point, I am not even sure if "audience would really like to see" is true..maybe it's just me...based on what I am seeing on insta, it seems like everyone else is really enjoying the show..and I don't blame them, the Surlie edits do look good and promising..and if it was really a fresh story, I would have definitely given it a shot...I mean, I don't mind a show where a widow and a dashing police officer get married under certain circumstances and fall in love...my issue is, that's not what they had promised with this show...I mean, when I start a show, I need a clear "Hero-heroine" defined..those who I am rooting for..and I am very bad at accepting changes...if I am sold on those hero-heroines, I need them to be the end game...I even tried giving this a shot as a new show...what doesn't help is them constantly bringing up Agastya and rubbing my wounds..if it was really a new show, I wouldn't have any emotional connect with heroine's dead husband..for me, it would be about her dealing with her pain and finding a new partner...eventually falling in love with our "hero"...here apna hero hi dead ho gaya hai and we have to settle for "pseudo-hero"...yaar memory loss dikha dete na..upar se they are taking away all the old characters...Sonali-Amar, Karan-Bulbul..saari love stories adhuri reh gayee..Gul really is a sadist..

I am sorry, I know this was not what you set out to hear too...its just...Baabu...nobody can replace him...not even same Sai playing a diff character...at least that's where I am right now...once this whole ordeal is over and I know how the story ends, I might go back and rewatch the serial..but now I am only giving it a chance once the serial is off-air when I know what I am getting into...that's just to save my sanity...

Sure I will add this to the first page. We all know what you mean girl. The writing has been such a let down. They don’t care about the audience feedback and bullheaded people went ahead and killed off our August babu permanently.

They will not stop bringing Agastya ka name in between coz Imlie still loves him and he will drive the angst between the two. We are all here only watching the show now for the leads. Though the story has immense potential, this tu na mila kahani will forever be a big thorn.

@kashish babe you write such deep posts which I don’t think the writers deserve coz they are shallow and superficial in their writing. Waiting for your writeup on Agastya. Usne bina tribute adhuri lagegi

why Imlie isn't wearing sindoor? Doesn’t she believe in marriage symbols now. When Agsatya imlie contract marriage happened there was specific promo in which imlie clearly mentioned she won't wear sindoor but then dadi made Agsatya put sindoor on her and she accepted. In case of Surya now I am doubting she would accept Surya sindoor this easily .

Imlie writers fetish of naming or referring characters with fruit name would never go. Imlie, kairi , nimbori. Nimbori is actually bitter fruit of Neem. Tayiji ko Samaj aa gaya hoga she can't control Imlie

Just now got time to watch the episode. New additions to the family are good actors. Tayiji v/s Imlie khub jamegi. Bas Imlie ke aise hi attitude rehne dena. And Surya jitna bhi majboor ho, will be beside Imlie.

Kitni confidence se Imlie was bidding goodbye to her saheliyaan only to get married and settle in the same house again that day.

I can see how the aage ke episodes will be. There will be good clashes. When the female lead stands up for themselves, trp aati hai. Bas Surya needs to stand with her and give good support. Hope they also show tracks of her education (Surya needs to undo the raita he failoed) and her career as well.

Loving where the story is headed... But one HUGE disappointment in today's episode, at least for me, (Apart from Surya not being Babu) is the use of Aashiqana OST instead of some DDP wala classic old song, something like Tadap Tadap Ke Iss Dil (from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam) or Jaane Kis Mod Pe Le Aayi Zindagi (from Sita Ramam) or a new OG OST

@Red. I think show ke budget kam ho gaye. Old song chalane ke liye paise lagte hain. Isiliye khudke gaane hi baja diye. No budget issue.

Sai adrija should get a scene like this again as Surya Imlie. They excel in scenes like this where there is conflict in their relationship .
