Essentially, Bengal will have to wait 2 generations, if not more, before they can have a sensible electorate. That's assuming that the state hasn't become Kashmir by then

yeah don't worry after few years they will say most of the TMC supporters are ex BJP supporters or current BJP supporters are ex tmcp supporter

Like Arjun Singh who went to BJP before 2019 election as he didn't get ticket then in 2021 went to tmcp again and now in 2024 didn't get the ticket again and now he is in BJP

So log vote denge kise smiley36

As long as she's alive, I don't see such an alliance happening

Mamta is the perfect mirzafor smiley35

Was part of Atal Bihari mantri sabha

Left that ties with Congress and won the election in 2011 then threw away Congress

There is a problem between new gen and old gen in tmcp and most likely new gen whose leader is Abhishek will soon have a bigg problem with old gen

I once saw a Jaipur Dialogues video that said that Mir Zafar got a bad rap. Siraj ud Daulah was a very repressive nawab, and a bunch of Hindu merchants approached Mir Zafar for help, and he therefore took the British support in toppling him. Same thing for Jaichand - the Prithviraj Raso story of Sanyogita/Samyukta's swayamvara abduction never happened, and Jaichand did not betray Prithviraj by not going. Only ally Prithviraj had was the raja of Mewar, who died in that battle, while Prithviraj was captured

Only traitor reference that then leaves us w/ is "gharshatru Vibheeshan". It's probably time to update the traitor list - maybe list Gandhi, Nehru or ex VP Hamid Ansari

Yeah, but Firhad Hakim is very much a part of that core group. So I don't see Abhishek joining hands w/ BJP if there is a muslim veto

Abhishek has problems with Firhad as he thinks one person should have only one post but Firhad is Minister and Meyor too

Firhad is closer with Mamta I mean mumtaz smiley36
