It was not a sudden replacement.Iqbal said in prior that he is quitting.He continued till they found an actor to replace. I remember all this because in our class for more than 2 weeks we were discussing about which actor will replace Iqbal.They even gave a farewell party to him on the sets.

There were rumours about Ekta not happy about him taking holiday on Id as the shoot got delayed,so iqbal quit the show,Iqbal gave an interview that the rumour is not true,Ekta didnt have problem with him taking off on Id.Then he revealed the real reason for quitting.He asked for 2 months leave.But ekta was not willing.Ekta was cold towards Iqbal for quitting her show.

No he was fired, how we see him and the next episode we see a shorter and older version of Shiv Kapoor. He was fired and the spin those times was “Creative Differences “ It took years for them to repair the relationship for Iqbal to work with Balaji again

Simple rajan sha ne kisi ka career aise barbaad nhi Kia uska itna experience iss industry mein usne is serial mein itne actors ke saath kam kiya clashes are diff thing but kisi ke upar itne allegations lga kr nikalna asaan nhi hota I don't think aur itni bhi kya dushmani ho gyi dono ke saath aur rhi sirf yeh baat ki tantrums aapko kya lgta isse pehla usne life mein aissi situations set pr tackle nhi kri hongi bhai woh bahut der se yaha...baat kuch major hai even pH is not revealing it fully...

Termination could have been done in private, why do it publicly and disrespect someone for whatsoever reason it maybe.

Completely agree. Something major must have happened for the other cast & actors to say it is a fair decision.

But Jo bhi hai, why terminate in front of all on the spot ?

Aur Bhai sirf unprofessional keh kr main lead ko nikal Dene usse bhi pta uss par kitna gussa krna loge ne usse kya kya kehna and usse bhi pta itni jaldi naye actors ki pics release kr dene se log aur troll hi krenge but still mujhe lgta they are hiding something...

Actually Rajeev was not liking the story line.He had differences with Ekta regarding the story track.Rajeev said he quit.But Ekta did'nt try to convince him to stay back.She was angry with him.A few years back Rajeev said that media exaggerated the matter.They were not on bad terms.They just had difference of opinion and within some months they patched up.

That’s exactly my question.

He could have at least shown the minimum respect to both of them.

At least as felkow human beings if not actors and not ousted them in front of all.
