Kareena and Tabu are not some insecure male starlets to be bothered (there is hardly that much society emphasis on female height compared to male anyway). They probably encouraged her because it made the pictures of each other hugging side by side cute, like smaller, taller, tallest.

Tabu is having a blast lol the others were giggling looking at her enthusiasm.
