Mere ko ek baat batao……why is Ruhi so callous towards her great grandparents? She knew her P nanu was robbed by some stranger and despite that she came back to the Poddar house without even informing them let alone giving them solace from heart break. Truly money may make your life comfortable but can’t give you good upbringing.

The inheritance clause reference is extremely vague in Rishta verse.

Till date no FL claimed her rightful share. On paper Akshara Sharma inherits her mother's share whether assets are tangible or intangible. Though in reality unless a trust is created by original Akshara Maheshwari claiming funds is extremely difficult.

It's quite easy to figure out that Maheshwari, Singhania ran joint family ventures having said that there will be multiple family members to claim their share.

Abhira Sharma is 4th generation, the time line of 80-90 years have to be considered while settling her inheritance.

Then there is Abhir Birla whose death has not been accounted for.

Since Abhira area of expertise is law ideally a legacy track should be interesting to watch.

Khair, our legacy females don't really care about that part though they are entitled for richness too.

But I think show's primary focus is inheriting good qualities from their mom, nani, par nani... I think that's where real legacy lies too...

Good qualities like self confidence, assertiveness, strong headedness, and self respect... These qualities have been part of this legacy show.

And I think obsession for money is because sometimes your favorites only has that as a superpower and no other quality. Ruhi has no other good points to show off except Money and Beauty, toh kya kar sakte hai, bass ussi point par spread hate against Female Lead.

That's the exact reason. Warna why should it bother anyone if Abhira gets her inheritance from her grandmother and great-grandmother's side. Ruhi anyways has no claim on that. So I wonder why is it bothering some so much?

Under the Indian Succession Act, of 1925, the son and daughter have equal rights over the property of their parents unless otherwise stated in the will. A child born after his/her father's death can inherit property from his/her father.

Hence Akshu has equal rights on Kartik's property. In turn so will ABhira

Similarly, Akshu and Now Abhira will also inherit from Sighanias through Naira

From Maheshwari through Akshara

So, if they ever bring in an Inheritance track Abhira's wealth will surpass both Goenkas and Poddars.

But instead of showing this interesting thing.

They will show EMA, FL being abused, ML being toxic for no reason.

They can actually have a track about inheritance, honestly ITV just spreads misinformation but by this track they can educate so many women and families that the girl child is as important as the boy in the family and their rights can't be taken away.

But nahi faltugiri dikhayenge.

And in my knowledge though Abhira has right on ancestral property still Manish is free to to not include akshara and her kid in his will… usne toh akshara ko mara hua keh diya, toh use hissa kyon dega….

Everyother show has poor FL, they can show how FL are strong without inheritance money, but they are rich and ML ki family isn't the only place she can live or anything.

When akshara didn’t have the brain to utilise her inheritance why are people expecting her daughter would have.. makers like to show their fl as bechari kismat ki maari…

also all the money in the world is of no use if you don’t know how to save it for future… in 22 years akshu didn’t save a single penny, bechari uski beti ko deal marriage karna pada free ka ghar and khaane ke liye… even if Abhira inherit her portions she would waste it as her mother hasn’t thought how to save money

Agar Gen 4 ek bhi episode dekha hota toh, pata hota ki Marriage Yuvraj se protection ke liye thi.

Ab Poddars kisi kaam ke nahi woh alag baat haa.

Khana bhi apna alag kharid ke , bana ke khati haa.
