Abhira's inheritance

Yesterday an interesting discussion was going on in EDT about inheritance

Here are my two cents on it -

Under the Indian Succession Act, of 1925, the son and daughter have equal rights over the property of their parents unless otherwise stated in the will. A child born after his/her father's death can inherit property from his/her father.

Hence Akshu has equal rights on Kartik's property. In turn so will ABhira

Similarly, Akshu and Now Abhira will also inherit from Sighanias through Naira

From Maheshwari through Akshara

So, if they ever bring in an Inheritance track Abhira's wealth will surpass both Goenkas and Poddars.

Abhira is poor only till her legacy is revealed.

Uske baad, Abhira khud woh sab tyaag karke bhaag jayegi - independently apni life banane like her maa and nani... Paise paise kya karte hai log samaj nai aata... Bina paise bhi log rehte hai... Doesn't mean they don't have anything!

Dekhna yeh hai ke iss gen mein woh apne pati ko saath lekar bhagti hai, yaa akele jaakar akele rahegi ya phir akele jaakar new family set karegi khudki...

Abhira tab tak middle class hai till she doesn't know who her ancestors are. As of now, she only knows her father is a driver and he died before she was born.

Ek baar let her come to know she is heiress of multi-million property - Maheshwari+ singhania+ Goenka

Yeh sab Akshu ka hai, so obviously Abhira will inherit .

Koi fayda nahi waise bhi real Law isn't applicable in this show. Rahegi toh Abhira gareeb and orphan hi Sad for her. Nowhere to go, no shelter, had to do deal marriage for shelter 😭

I think they would actually show this inheritance track. Because previous FLs all knew their family and their ancestors. But Abhira is unknown to all this. So when her ancestry comes out, may be they'll explore the aspect of inheritance too. Abhira would definitely be wealthier than Goenkas and may be even Poddars then. Not that it will matter to her. She, like her parents, will take her own path and build her career and wealth.

No offence , I wasn’t part of original discussion as it got locked up before I could check that thread but why are people so obsessed with money ?

Abhira was raised well by Akshara who fulfilled all of her basic needs , so I don’t even understand how can anyone mock Akshara for choosing to give her baby a peaceful comfortable “middle class” life over toxic “rich” environment in Goenka house .

Kinjal,Charu, Ruhi etc all are have grown up in wealthy families , what did it give them ? Look how pathetic their lives are in their own respective ways .

Even if Akshara was middle class , she gave her child enough confidence and love that Abhira can make her own fortune and live her life independently, inheritance is her right no doubt but Abhira is better off without that too .

She’s not dependent, unaware of her rights , coward or lacking self esteem like other “wealthy” females in Rishta , this is undoubtedly gift from her “middle class” parent’s upbringing and they shouldn’t be mocked for that .
