I watched the precap and have no issues with Ar's outburst. For me Abhira was never right in this courtroom track to begin with. She took the case with deceit and landed herself in this coup.

Infact that day when the case came up it was shown that CHaru had a day off and did not go to office. And when Ab came back she said she took up the case. So Charu is getting free ka praise without being worthy.

Charu didn't even know about the case, cause the family ask her

once they knew Dev had the case, Charu said cause she didn't even

know anything about it, and Abhira said Dev assigned her the case.

You talked about Abhira trying for out of court settlement.

But there are proper methods for that. Confrontation Armaan is not one of them.

She could have suggested this to Dev, who then would have approached Poddars.

They are not gonna show every little piece of the case, evidence and proceedings and somethings have to be assumed. This is itv afterall. Here its all broad strokes.and there is no details.

Technically Armaan should not be bringing his case files to his bedroom and leaving them outside when his roommate/wife is the opposite party in the case. So he's not being very professional either.

The overall theme is that Abhira wants to get justice for the poor and can go against family also for these innocent people who suffered a lot of harm. But she is willing to give dadi a chance to explain because somewhere she knows dadi isn't that horrible and she doesn't want her to go to jail and she wanted to find a solution. But they brushed her off and no one cared to actually talk the situation through with her or with Dev Shekhawat for that matter. the evidence she has is stacked against Dadi thus far so she thinks Armaan is defending a guilty person and she's upset that he would support a guilty person just because they are family. Because she's idealistic. She'd speak up against family also if they commit a crime.

Eventually its gonna be Abhira who helps prove dadi innocent but will also bring justice to the poor victims too.

My point was that even if Armaan is angry for her reading his files, him accusing her of stealing is quite unfair. Because no person who is out to steal will draw attention on themselves by confrontation the way she has done in her naive inexperienced way. If she wanted to be sly and use his case details, she can easily do that without all this stuff. She'd not move to guest room if she wanted to steal things or spy on his evidence etc.

Abhira is naive and too idealistic and is self righteous. Can be more professional. Ok. But she's still new and inexperienced. All young idealistic people are like that. Over enthusiastic and out to save the world.

But Why is Armaan so angry?! He is not rude and screaming to anyone else in the family who does something wrong. Only Abhira is treated by him in such a manner. If he thinks he has a valid point, why doesn't he calmly explain to Abhira instead of commanding and berating her at every step.

If he has solid evidence that dadi is truly innocent, why go to court. Why not just talk to Abhira and Dev and sort out the issue out amicably for both parties.

Isnt Armaan the calm, composed, mature, more experienced lawyer. Does his behavior reflect any of this?!

Abhira ideally should not have lied about her marital status. But in a deal shaadi, its not unreasonable that she is trying to avoid everyone knowing her personal details. Its a matter of 1 year. And she's just an intern, its not even a full fledged job.

I think she will definitely be upset and feel guilty if Dev found out and reprimanded her for this lie because he'd be right to be upset and she knows that too.

But the way they have potrayed Abhira, for her idealism, justice, truth trumps conflict of interest

she should have told her boss and the concerned clients in the eyes of law she is Arman’s wife and Kaveri ‘s daughter in law and they live in the same house ..the client may feel cheated .. because he or she may not be sure whether she will do justice to them ..the court has yet to give judgement and evidences can be tampered …it is unethical ..
and clear conflict of interest.. Abhira should be fired from her job ..
