Ameer is not bad but he merges into the background..zero screen presence..actually make that minus. His acting is alright..

In hindsight ..Badar Mehmood is THE problem ..his sense of direction is dull and depressing..I haven’t watched Bala and Cheekh..but Dunk, MPTH - like it felt like a snooze fest..like those middle order 20 overs in an ODI match where nothing much happens..both were good stories..just made so dull by this useless director..someone else with more energy and chutzpah could have turned both the shows into very watchable and entertaining product.

Even before IM Bilal has always been appreciated for his acting and drama choices. He neither overexposes himself nor under exposes. He maintains a balance and let his work speak rather than concentrate on keeping the hype alive.

That’s what most actors do anyway. They let the work speak. I don’t think normally actors do anything to keep the hype alive. Woh khudi ban jati hai lol. For most it’s just a job like any other job. And they move on to the next project.

A lot of the ones I like are not even that active on social media. Buzz and hype are mostly fandom created these days anyway.
