Getting hyped is fine but staying relevant is the thing right. Only time will tell. They’re both great actors imo but for me IM’s fall from grace is not helping Bilal and neither was Mein as Wahaj’s next choice post TB.

The thing that’s helping Wahaj is he’s always in the limelight and hasn’t gone undercover. The exposure has helped and he has fans who make the most of it and create buzz. Plus, his reprisal as Murtasim this year is something people are eager to see. AND he has another show with a good team lined up in between as well. He’s a workaholic and maybe Bilal isn’t. Some actors take time off and have a different approach. I like both methods but as a fan of an actor I prefer Wahaj’s approach. He’s always serving us 👍🏼 Might be too much for the non-fans but good for the rest of us 😂

but that’s the thing right. He’s got 2 shows lined up already. Even if one is disappointing, there’s a fix coming up next 😂

and a good thing is, he takes criticism seriously. So hopefully after Mein, which was still arguably and technically a hit, he’ll choose wisely 🤞 He has garnered a strong fan base who’ll follow his work going forward, which is important. Same for Bilal. Fandom tou ban gayi hai ab

Zaviyar and that other guy (bakhtawar)

Imran Ashraf (inkaar)

Gauhar (raaz e ulfat)

Shehzad (raaz e ulfat)

Sami Khan (paras, inkaar was better but jodi wise it was just ok still)

Azaan (I quit watching Ishq e Laa by e20 so this may be partial opinion)

I like yumna best with Azaaan, even more than her hyped and popular jodi. Azaan and yumna are fav together. 😍 They have a fire chemistry. I still can't forget that confrontation scene when yumna said "you shut up " when Azka was serving as a maid in his house in Ishq e la .

Also imraan and yumna had enemity kind of thing going on between them in inkaar. It was electric when ever they clashed onscreen 🔥

MPHT was a horrible show but Wahaj's performance as Saad was appreciated and everyone was amazed at how he can play Murtasim at the same time. The less said about Mein, the better

overexposure is not criticism, first of all. Fans se poocho. They love it.

As for MPHT and Mein, it was again Badar that got dragged for ruining the potential of those stories. Which is what’s happening in IM too with Farooq Rind. Wahaj was criticised for choosing the script when he didn’t have a well written role. But still, Mein and MPHT were both hits despite the flaws.

Clout chasers still drag his name into everything - zyada relevant tou unho ne Khud kiya howa hai usse 😂
