Surya was horrible today!! Like "bina address ka envelope" level ka bura for me! How dare he hurt our joganiya like that! But then again, now we know that the redemption track will be damn good... He'll repent so much... And i think as Imlie sort of predicted today he'll be alone as even Malti (who's technically the only person completely on his side at the moment) will support Imlie after her innocence is proven

Waise writers did a good job today in terms of answering our questions as to why in the world will Surya agree to marry Binni despite knowing her truth...

What kind of a cop is this if he can’t use better ways to get to the truth. What would he do if he wasnt Agastya ka look alike or wasn’t the Chaudhary fam ka beta. What are the writers smoking At this stage I want Imlie to let Surya marry Binni and ruin his own life.

True but his character is shown to be so desperate to prove himself to Malti n Amma that he's not thinking straight. I feel Surya as a character is as they say 'kaan ka kaccha'

With August, yes he did misunderstand Imlie at times but never blindly trusted others when they badmouthed her... Even with Amrit, he always had his doubts except for that one time when he saw Imlie pull a gandasa on Amrit

But Surya is blindly believing every bad thing he hears about her

The thing is he heard Imlie on the phone of his jeeja. She has been called a liar by everyone in that family and she even lied about not knowing Raghu and then talking about his murder when the body is missing. He agreed to trust her and then bam he found the missing diamonds in her room. Toh I have no issues with him not trusting Imlie. The issue is as a cop is he doing enough? Agar khud ki behan ko theek se insaaf nai de paa raha what about the aam junta? They didn’t show him pursuing any other leads at all. Not for once he considered Sonali and Chutki involvement, they could be saying the truth, what if Raghu had other dushman. Nothing at all.

This week seems to be Imlie ka humiliation week. Felt really bad for Imlie. She is trying her level best to save the family from Binni but Surya hain ki is using Binni to torture Imlie and make her confess to Raghu's killing.

Surya gets the wedding photo and before anyone can see it he burns the photo off. Binni ka phol khulte khulte reh gaya. And then Surya declares that he will marry Binni. Dadi is ecstatic - she is really plunging head first into disaster. She gets clothes and the wedding functions all started. BTW which pandit is this who gives muhurat in 1 week. So marriage is this week most probably.

Surya tells Imlie that he has found Raghu's diamonds in Imlie's room and asks her to confess to the crime or stand back and watch him destroy the peace and happiness of Chaudharys - the one promise Imlie gave to her dear babu. I hate that Surya is using Imlie's love towards Agastya as weakness and is threatening her with destruction of her family - the one promise Agastya asked of Imlie while dying.

I really like Sonali today. She is the one who really has always been Imlie ka support after marriage and I like how she told the elders that even after knowing Imlie these people still behave as if she will harm the family. Dadi, Alka all act as Imlie is fasaoing Surya and they want the marriage to be done pronto so that Imlie can not do anything.

The engagement function started and Imlie tries her level best to talk Binni out of the marriage as if Binni will agree to this. Now she is getting a golden chance to be bahu of Chaudharys baithe baithe so why will she herself say no. Here Malti also tries Surya to not do this engagement just to find Raghu. I feel Malti might be the one who will be Imlie ka side after marriage and Imlie will try to find Raghu's killer for Malti's sake.

Amrit has entered the mansion and he is trying to shame Sonali. He has the photos of Amar and Sonali and I think he is doing to do tamasha in the function tomorrow. Here Surya purposefully spilled juice on his engagement dress and then gets Imlie humiliated by the guests. He then asks Dadi permission to wear Agastya's clothes for the function - So he is going to again torture Imlie by dressing up as Agastya.

Jo bhi ho - I would really happy if Imlie does not buckle under pressure and in fit of desperation that Imlie is not telling him any truth, Surya himself goes and fills maang of Imlie on the wedding day. Let Surya be the one who marries Imlie forcibly in front of the family to keep her close as she is not disclosing anything about Raghu ka murder. Don't want Imlie to be shamed more by the family so the hate marriage should be initiated by Surya and not by Imlie.

I think daylight saving is messing with me a bit. I’m feeling a bit grumpy but hopefully my mood will lift up as I read all of y’all posts.

Surya is the biggest gadha ever, he’s always talking about “dekha jaata crime nahin” like isn’t fraud a crime too? He’s so unlikable right now. Seeing him add on to Imlie’s humiliation by inviting strangers to also demean her boiled my blood. I know we’re building up to regret from everybody at some point but it’s been irritating to see them all mistreat Imlie so much. Binni and the Chaudhary’s weren’t enough that he had to join in to torture her.

Sonali is so right when she says that despite everything Imlie has done that if she has to remind them then it’s not worth speaking to any of them. Like it’s one thing to jump into the fire that’ll destroy them but it’s something else to blindfold themselves and blame it on Imlie.

Jab dekho “Imlie humein barbad karegi” like what has this girl ever actually done to harm them? She’s lost more than they ever have, yet never has she projected her anger unto anyone. She’s the only one still hurting from Agastya’s death, since they’ve already moved on from their Gattu and replaced him with Surya. They never bothered to care about his feelings when he was alive, they could at least try and respect his love for Imlie after his death. But no, to them he’s just another reason for them to maintain their victim card and hate on Imlie.

Seeing her be so quiet and act like a maid at the function whilst everybody else is all dressed up and happy irritated my eyes so much. Like she’s the bahu of this household, the love of Agastya’s life who they knew for over half a year. And now Surya is going to put on Agastya’s clothes to torment her.

Also y’all already know my feelings about Agastya’s room lol, I hated seeing Binni getting ready in there. I have a feeling most of the episodes leading up to the marriage will only make me annoyed, especially since Sonali will also get shamed and her family will probably not even take her side. Only Imlie will come to her defense and who knows maybe Surya will also use this to his advantage to bother her. Anyways, let’s try and keep our morale up if we can, there’s still a lot of bezzati to see before we get to anything remotely positive.

Surya turned out to be the biggest idiot in whole Imlie universe. I can understand his misunderstanding his hatred towards Imlie but burning down a proof against fraud like binni despite being a police officer himself is stupidity at its peak.

Imlie words gonna be true. He will regret all of this and that too very badly. If he ever falls in love with Imlie I don't her to reciprocate it. That will be his biggest punishment.

Sonali words regarding Imlie selfless love fell on deaf ears of Chaudhary family. They deserve a bahu like binni only .

I am sure malti will be on Imlie side after marriage. Nirmala ne aaj ek baat bola that Surya tu hamari badnaami ka reason nahi hona chahiye . But I think Surya will do something which will bring shame to Nirmala.

Absolutely hated the way Surya kept his arms around binni shoulder and called Imlie naukrani. Surya might not be Agastya but he has his face and its Absolutely torturous for any girl to see the face of man she loves showing affection to any other girl.
