Pfff, I've given up. Everyone is toxic including me. So I don't think I want to add more toxicity to my life or to others'.

A serious question:

Why isn't Adnan or other cast members rebelling against the story??!!! I mean, Adnan said he wouldn't do intimate scenes or nude scenes, unless it's Christopher Nolan, then he would consider it. Idk what's happening here!! Torturing a woman, that too on International Women's Day, is way worse than intimate and nude scenes!! No matter how many comical scenes are included!!!

Egyptian guys are also good-looking smiley36. When I was in University, I interviewed many Egyptians for AIESEC projects and worked with them too in projects. One thing I've learned is that they are quite stubborn.🀣🀣 It was so anoying to resolve their issues.

Haha rebound can go either way tbh. One of my friends was set up with a girl from accounting department in Uni to ger over his one side love. He got over her evebtually and married the girl as well.

Bhavishya Purana calls this woman as Chandragupta's chief queen, probably made after Durdhara's death because Durdhara was purely native and even belonged from Mauryan lineage

Haha I remember Yavana wife whom Chandragupta had smiley36. You have mentioned her before.

Come to think of it I never get to learn the any other wives's name of kings in our country in history class. They always highlighted chief queen or important figures.

Yeah, had 1 Egyptian guy in our uni class too back in Germany. He was nice. 1 day he brought hummus and falafel in our German class and it was just yumm! He and a girl from the US fell in love and got married.

Yeah, heard of those rebounds where it ends up going better than expected and they end up together.

Anyway, if I were to have anything with the guy, it would have been temporary and I wasn't really looking for temporary things. On top of that my mom just prefer to hear the rumors about me from her side of the family than ask me directly. To put it short, "khandan ki izzat mitti mein mila di", which isn't the case. I didn't correct her, instead adapted Anupama's famous dialogue for her.

Yeah it was stupid...well he was too handsome to be a teacher that too for a subject like math.

Half girls of my class were crushing on...till we got to know of his engagement smiley37

We were so crazy we insisted for extra math classes and took permission from principal..you know what not a single boy of our class attended those extra classes smiley37

Bhavishya Purana is a very late source maybe that's why. This verse is often used by some people to justify that yes , he did marry daughter of Seleucus without even properly reading , they just saw Yavana and Suluva and made their own stories. 😂The verse is very different 🀣

Helena first got married and then had crush because her husband was handsome (as said in ParishistParvan and Mudrarakshasa) , moralistic and hard working (Megasthenes said this) and intelligent warrior. He was like a dreamy man that even Nandini fell for him 😂 Helena kya cheez thi, she fell in love and fell very hard. He had many wives and grown up children so he was a lot more mature than her and kept her with love and protection. It's so hot when your husband is also your mentor and guide in life. Durdhara however was the only lady whom Chandragupta fully trusted and had a deep emotional bond. He couldn't ever get over her death and became a little melancholic. Helena's complete surrender to him also couldn't make her get over Durdhara. 😢 Because he liked Durdhara's moralistic and religious nature and her loyalty towards him. He never trusted Helena and Nandini. Sorry but it's true. He had no trust towards Helena and Nandini. His Agramahishi after Durdhara also had no effect on him and she only involved herself in managing harem. Thats why Helena in the show telling Devi you only have physical intimacy with Ashok not heart connection is what clicked connecting real story with this scene.

Bindusara as elder son and Yuvraja had a lot more responsibilities on his shoulders inclung taking care of his young siblings. Bindu is not given enough credit for being such a devoted son to his father. Chanakya brought him well. Durdhara was like a daughter to Chanakya and he preferred her son over others to succeed Chandragupta.
