He's not got conventional looks..but those eyes and eyebrows and dimples cannot be ignored and he is cute.

John is one of few actors in Bollywood who takes good care of their health. He promotes healthy life style rather than 6 month weight loss plan. I think he looks fine. In Pathan too he looked fit.

You mean the hunk who according to some every other woman in Bollywood wanted as their hubby?

One more thing, now that we are discussing the aging of Bollywood actors. He is not that popular here. But there is one person who is aging backward.

This is what he looks like now that he is 40 or approximately around that age.

I guess having the means to hire personal trainers, nutritionist, see dentist, have facials also makes a difference.

Btw. He has never touched alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs in his life.
