I didn’t see your edit first time. Sonam stood out from the get go as a fashionista and will always be known as that. She is easily the first one of this generation to be noticed for her fashion choices and in a very positive way. Whatever people think of Deepika or anyone else’s style and fashion Sonam was there first. But in terms of overall popularity as a Bollywood actress Deepika and Alia, and many others, moved ahead of her. When you’re not active and front and center people won’t talk about you much. Hence it’s a Deepika Alia comparison.
