I dont think she is pregnant first of all (I would be happy to be wrong) but Grumpy your response gives me pause.

I am a huge Kat fan, but I did find it weird how long she was in London for so long. She left early Feb and she only came back 2-3 weeks later.

It would make sense since she does have family there, but two weeks it is a long time to visit family and Vicky was injured too so she could have been back earlier and she didnt.

You would say okay maybe the was something with the family, but Isabella has been in India the whole time. It cant be a family emergency.

Anyways I will only believe Katrina is pregnant if she announces it or she keeps doing what Deepika is, wearing baggy clothes. Until then I am still on not pregnant crew.
