Most probably yes...they also cut diamond's accident scene becoz shot it. They straightaway shown diamond's deadbody

No they didn't cut it....that scene was shown when Yuvika was speaking to that cop on the phone...he got hit by a truck at nighttime

Not really , Barbiturates like Sodium Penthothal were used in interrogation but that's not truth serum per se
