yaahan, an inhaler is 400$ and after insurance you still pay 30$ per peice

the same inhaler by same brand just different packing is 215Rs.

True. For people from midde/upper middle class families, money is top priority. Passion and all comes later Travel karna hai, weekends pe party karni hai toh paise hi lagte hain
