in gen1 when virat spotted ajinkaya in sai's room he called her hurtful things and assassinated her character after which she ran out into the street and got into an accident

similar thing happened today where savi told ishaan hurtful things and he ran out into the street and got into an accident.

i don't think this is meant to be a clever parallel between gen1 and gen2 from the makers, I think we are at the point when they've started recycling ideas and we might see the same beats from gen1 story played out again by different actors
