I don't mind neil and isha if it would have happened mutually or naturally or a graceful one sided love story. Here Neil become silent in the name of following his promise to yuvika, isha start behaving like brat if Neil says anything. Upar se yuvika is pushing them together. yuvika's Mahanta would have also make sense if Neil also has feelings for isha. Here she is pushing them only thinking about isha's wellbeing as if neil is some caretaker.

I am little confused here. Did isha is thinking she is confessed her feelings to Neil in that drunken state. And neil's lack of objection making her believe that Neil also love her.🤔

The only explanation i have for neil's behaviour is that not making isha feeling alone and yuvika ko promise Diya hai to he is there for isha.
