I believe that it is the biggest mistake Rk made. Before Baahubali,KGF2 happened,Only SLB with Deepveer could make the big budget films that only Khans could.He became that BIG,despite his earlier flops. Ranveer was the perfect str for SLB.No one can disagree with that. For 2 years SLB tried to Make Baiju Bawra for 2 years ,but couldn't get a producer. He hastily announced Love and War without a producer.That shows a great weakness.What a fall for SLB. Opinion will be divided, whetherRK can match up to Ram,Bajirao,and Khilji..People are expecting the same energetic songs and dances. Why make comparisons so obvious in the minds of people?

Alia wants 4 films with SLB..does RK too dream of 4 films ,one more than Ranveer? SLB ,is that big a deal today?

P.S. SLB's other 2 big hit films HDDCS and Devdas had Khans. Saaawariya had RK

Nope, definitely not always. Katrina's time in the spotlight is long gone, and Deepika seems to be heading down the same path, while Alia's star is on the rise. It must be tough to accept that an average-looker is replacing your most beautiful favorite. I see Katrina and Deepika fans have teamed up, but it's not surprising. I remember Priyanka and Kareena teamed up when Deepika started rising. It's always the ones being replaced.

If Katrina seems 'likeable' today, it's only because she's no longer relevant, and people don't care about her. The once rival fandom doesn't find her threatening.

Honestly, why discuss in this thread an actor who just had to have an angry and stern expression the most time of the movie because the director didn't ask more of him...

What I like about the couple Vicky - Katrina: they seem to complete themselves...so different but love unites them...

Of course, you'd believe that. He's an actor, after all. He can strip down on screen and portray all sorts of characters. That's just him being an actor, and a darn good one at that. People had doubts about Alia playing Gangubai, but she proved them wrong, big time. Let's wait for another bigger mistake from Ranbir.

Exactly. But which young actor pull such advance or first day opening? Ranbir? Animal got that hype due violence, toxicity and Vanga. Eventhough i love RK and want him to be a superstar, I don’t think he became one. May be his next movie can reveal more.

Now we have good actors. Not stars except for senior stars.

One Gangubai ended Deepika,or it ended Sanjay Leela Bhansali..time will tell.

Alia proving some people wrong is simply your opinion...she proved other people right...the same for Ranbir...and SLB, for that matter.

As it is about Vicky (and Katrina) here, I think, that of the three in the - maybe - forthcoming movie, Vicky is the only one , I'm confident about to deliver a very well enacted character...

Just because his dad worked with Anurag, doesnt mean it was easy for Vicky. Vicky even said it his dad said he wouldn't help.

His dad worked with his then future wife in Katrina too in Phantom, does that mean Katrina helped Vicky? The are literally thousands of action directors but Vicky is no Varun, no Alia or Ranbir.

He is a nepo period. Some nepos are more privileged, some are less. He has to stop playing the outsider card. A famous action director 's son might have less privilege than a David Dhawan's son , but its still a privilege .
