Didn't you know - Ma has split personality order which is why she thinks she loves choti and anuj but the reality is she loves only her kapoots, shahs, kitchen and dance. Ironically, she exactly knows when to switch off one personality and then switch on another personality since one of the two personalities ensures gaining sympathy, pity for her bichara pan.

It’s so embarrassing to see her repeat Amreeca Amreeca and jump like a gawar like she always does, no maturity no class whatsoever! In real or reel life, no mother can do this. When our kids are suffering no mother can dance like thin even within 5 to 10 minutes. During Samar's death also it was shown like this. They are making mockery of mothers love also.

Why did Shahi get this cringe,creepy character n such a weak actor if he actually wants to replace AK (as offline reports say)....I wonder if it has been done purposely cz they don't want to take a risk like last time when a supposed cameo of Anuj Kapadia ended up stealing the thunder of the OG leads ?

This is Maa ispesal dance, Punjabi Gujrati Classical Bollywood Hip-hop sab mix. She is Miss Two Left Feet World’s Beshhht Dancer!

Her scenes with Deepu have been like this, touchy kinds, ofcourse he initiates but she also doesn’t hesitate, she is so naive that she can’t sense his advances, he is always lurking around her finding ways to keep her happy and distracted from Anuj and Aadhya’s thoughts, talking about Beeji ki Bahu or saying he looks like a Dadaji, going to pick and drop her at Tosu’s, taking her for meetings relating to the restaurant and so on!

She is very bholi, if tomorrow he proposes she will give her signature mouth open O shape expression and start crying ki mene to aisa kuch kiya hi nahi ki aapko lage…

If they want to replace Anuj with Deepu, good for them and Maa honestly, banda suits her boring gawar personality and is ready to become her naukar! Aur kya chahiye, Beeji to kuch dino ki mehmaan hai or maybe her character has already disappeared so we never know, just like Yashpal who is never coming back and uss bechare ke restaurant ka mazak bana ke rakh diya hai.

Yashdeep's role has been made that way from the word go so that there is no "liking" the character and is despicable.

The actor playing Yashdeep is a seasoned actor, though.

ALL these just to elevate the Female Lead. Is it working? Hell No. Infact it is putting her is a bad light, with every new entry, Anupama's role appears worse than before the entry.

And to top it ALL, they have to resort to manipulation and lies ALL from the horse's mouth to justify and attempt to elevate her.

Looks like Spice and Chutney stopped Dine-in and only caters takeaway or delivery

Happens when there is a skillset mismatch at the leadership level.

I haven't seen any of his prev works , maybe he isn't suited to this kind of role..In whatever clips n epis I have seen he comes across as too intrusive , cringe or desperate

Of course the writing doesn't help him either ...They could have written a somewhat diff arc for him than being a sasta AK , like they wrote for Shruti...She's managing somehow though her scenes are pretty boring as well
