I also agree with some of you.. This way now Surya has ensured that, Imlie doesn't have to be a maid for others, but then if she shall again be brought back as his own personal maid, what purpose does this really serve..

I also agree that he didn't malign her in any way.. We all felt bad cos Daadi and Binni were belittling her..and Imlie doesn't deserve any of this crap...

I understand your take. But the thing is, josh josh mein makers thoda zyada kar rahe hain. They cannot drop direct hints at this stage but atleast kuch toh dikhao. They can show, Surya talking to somebody over phone & investigating some other case. That would give audience an idea ki chalo he has some other motive as well & hope to us(firm believers of the theory that Surya is ag) that he has a purpose behind all this.

It's a mystery plus romance track. It's barely two weeks since Surya has been introduced. You know it's gonna be a long track when they changed their male lead entire personality on Montage. They will establish Surya as an individual character, give his and Imlie love story in first half of track. Surya motives will be revealed in second half of track.

As for Agastya lovers , they have already dropped so many hints:

I always come back home late on Saturdays after seeing my friends, it puts me in a good mood and gets me excited to watch Imlie. Not gonna lie today’s episode made me feel disappointed at first but y’alls posts have boosted my moral again.

We have to give it to Imlie for being so strong. Whatever anger she felt towards Surya, she put it all aside to run and make sure Agastya’s family was safe. This girl is the epitome of selfless, she has bared so much humiliation from this ungrateful family. And not just because of her Babu but also because she genuinely cares for all of them. At least today they didn’t oust her physically and instead she just walked out.

I personally didn’t like them using the comedic music in the background during Surya’s natak. I can understand that they’re trying to show us that he’s not to be taken seriously. But it didn’t make the Chaudhary’s or Binni’s words toward Imlie any less bitter

Binni is really speaking a lot for someone who barely knows Imlie or Agastya. Every day, I can feel my patience for her thinning, which is good because we needed a good vamp I guess. All the other shows have them.

There was something in Surya eyes today when Binni started insulting Imlie or when Imlie herself brought up that she came in disguise because of her promise towards her Babu. I can’t quite figure out if he felt bad or if he was just confused. It sucks that even after risking her life for Agastya that this family still doubts how much she loves him.

I feel like Mami’s harsh words were the extra cherry on top that made us realize how alone Imlie is in this world. Whether, it be the family she grew up with or the one she married into, she never gets to have a home. She has spent so much time with each family and they’ve never valued her properly. Mami doesn’t see any use for her since Agastya is dead and she can’t gain anything financially by being nice to her. The Chaudhary’s always find a way to blame her for everything even when she herself has lost the love of her life. She has Sonali in her corner at least, their bond is my favourite thing.

Whether he’s Agastya with memory loss or not, it felt icky for a bit, for him to essentially give the chance to the family to humiliate Imlie. Even if it’s to keep her in the house with her own identity instead of as Paro, it still sucks that she has to shed tears for his plan. She doesn’t get to have control of her life. The ending scene with the cot was more lighthearted, I loved the shot of them walking towards each others with such fire in their eyes.

With the script leak, we know she’ll be back in the house as a maid but as herself, which will give the Chaudhary’s the opportunity to taunt her constantly. Let’s hope we’ll see more of Imlie’s fighting spirit and less of her tears.

Wow Lovely montage. So we are going to have a montage change from tomorrow by the looks of it. That is why the PH released the new track promo to start from tomorrow.

It will be late before I could watch the episode. My maid's on sudden chutti leaving me in a soup. . Plus I have my my subject's exam tomorrow. Busy with them.

If we keep aside if surya is Agasthya or not and look at him as just surya, the cop, his actions make a lot of sense..

today’s scene, he was guaging what would break imlie’s resolve to blurt out the truth. today imlie ran to save the family and forgot that she was under ghunghat and dropped her facade.. from surya’s pov, she is hiding something related to his jeeja’s disappearance and has successfully conned the police during the official investigation..so he is only guaging to see what would have her blurt out the truth. the official investigation may not have been shown elaborate but in a few dialogues, it was clearly conveyed that the 3 women are hiding and lying something. He is only trying to read and understand imlie.. and also he was fully attentive to every family member’s reaction.. he is only generating and manipulating situations to read, understand and figure out the whole lot including imlie. He was just being a policeman.

He has no interest in the family, house. So he gave them a half share back to keep them close, observe and snoop around and kept for himself half a share which would give him the much needed authority if he ever wanted to dig around the house. His higher official had closed the case and denied him the privilege to do a full fledged criminal interrogation of Sonali, Shivani and imlie and also dig around the house due to lack of strong evidence, so he is doing all this under the garb ..
