BL fans seem to think that many KMTMG awards were rigged, AmVira should not have got the favorite jodi award and Sriti the popular female award, twitter seems to be toxic right now

Yeah.. things are always rigged when whom we support dont win.

Sriti as pop female actor... well.. the show got a much better opening than any of the shows in the last year. (Better opening than what even RM managed with Shabir on board.) Leave Sriti away from this... can only hope it touches 1. Whether people like it or not, Sriti, Shabir, Dheeraj, and Shraddha continue to be the top 4 names in the channel. Perhaps can add Arjun as the 5th (no disrespect to the other actors). Can argue only one jodi award was fine.. not two.

Given the run it is getting, not surprising the awards it got. And better not to take these awards seriously - most of it is just namesake, sometimes even a joke.

Its Amruta Jayesh Chitnis in her ID. Wonder if that will ring any bells.

A short fb - forced one with scenes of Virat-Amruta.... the bank manager shown though.

Virat calls up the bank to get the details. Manager uses 'Amruta Chitnis'.

Oh.. Virat thinks she cant do this much. Thats a surprise.

Dildaar and Shekhar are not convinced.

Dildaar advices Virat to ask her... but he wont. Makes Dad call police.

Harsh-Ammu-Jahan scene was nice. The Ganpati is a gift from Harsh to her.

Virat comes with the police.

Ammu's expression on hearing the news. They seem to have checked the CCtv footage too. [Oh... Name is Amruta Jayesh Chitnis in the copy too, though aligned the wrong way. btw... Bhayandar is bad place to have a second branch for an international bank. One doubt is are not the police supposed to investigate too? or just be satisfied with one version?]

Filler scene with Aaji and Bhavani on road.

Jayesh believes Virat's version... kind of... Ishika does the rest. and then he asks why believe you? a payback for not believing him. [There has to be a time when at least Harsh, if not Ammu, slaps the hell out of him. Deserved that in the first week itself. Disgusting guy.] Good expression from Sriti again at this.

oh... the dhokka that she gave Virat ... my heart breaks. the betrayal.

Overall a decent ep though. [Has the usual Babita nonsense... noticing I didn't even mention it above - not worthy of comments. be warned (flutterby)]

Today I had decided to check your review first and than watch the episode as mostly it will be worst with Ahuja's insulting Ammu but now you said it's a decent episode will watch it . Who checked footage Pea size brain shengdana or someone else too .

btw with Virat taking the lead, will be good if they give Babita a break - if not for her sanity / mental peace, at least that of the audience.

I'm sharing in this thread part of an old post of mine about ZRA, from another page.. which was written much before main event happened.

ZRA has years back turned into an awards distribution event of channel based on its mercies, WITHOUT proper selection criteria or categories mapping. Z team will select and give MORE awards to such Z fiction shows & characters which it wants to promote MORE in upcoming months to attract advertisers, not always necessary that awards are based on a given fiction show or its characters popularity or audience response received from previous months. Also opening of popular voting lines & its counting theory is rubbish with all past experiences of ZRA, just a gimmick to attract some fans into polling..also to promote ZRA within SM. There were some proofs in the past how despite high polled votes, channel played foul and didn't give awards to some characters/actors/shows who really won in the popular category, but gave out to someone else.

Recent years if we observe a pattern, Z channel decided to promote their new shows Meet & BL very much in 2021 so these two shows received max awards, in 2022 channel wanted to encourage new show RM & also stabilize BL and it looked like Z team decided to ignore Meet in almost all Rishtey categories, despite its past popularity. In 2024 these distribution awards can be benefiting new shows SS (less) & KMTMG (more), plus Sriti will surely be felicitated since she returned to channel, then perhaps few awards to Rabb next gen & KKB/KDB next gen to promote new tracks more.

(If RM gen leap is already decided, then somehow feel RM won't receive many awards this year unlike 2022, Shabir will surely get atleast one big award & felicitation.) If KMTMG gets more awards this year, then won't be surprised if it gets ignored next year by channel even if its still on air & popular, but some other new show grabs limelight in ZRA 2025 event.

ZRA was/is about celebrating likable characters & relationships on how they were shown in Z fiction shows of previous one year, except favorite dharavahik. It was/is NEVER about actors/actresses performances.

Anyhow I didn't want to vote this year for any favorite dharavahik, not a single serial airing on Z is worth an award. but wasn't allowed to submit other votes.

Virat said footage will come soon so it's not checked yet. Hope when or if Rajiv is exposed Nimrit says same thing and shows same attitude. Jayesh is total disgust also regarding ID being Amruta Jayesh Chitnis I think you can change your name overnight atleast on legal documents so in bank records she will be Bhavani Jayesh Chitnis only .

We are not that lucky to get break from Babita she will plan tommato throwing with society ladies to humiliate chitnis also Jahan will get cheated as she will plan to sell her flat to bail and they will be homeless .

Shabir got one award I think felicitation award as his family had come to give him that award.
