1. Who gave the "legal" advice? Did they approach a legal counsel?

Chalo maan liya that it was not possible legally, why did Anupama unilaterally take a decision to have a 15 day bet on the child?

2. Hmm, Anuj left home in a depressed state, aimlessly, after handing over everything in custody of Ankush and Anupama. Anupama did not bother calling or finding out where he is for days on end.

None, including Anupama was bothered if he was safe.

Her mother, her daughter reached out to resolve issues between them, but Anupama wouldn't try understanding his mental state or attempt to reconcile. On the contrary she called him Mad for being depressed for losing his daughter.

Is there a term other than insensitive for this? Oh had the situations reversed, the sympathies would have been with Anupama, isn't it?

He called her to say he is returning and at the other moment backed out, but None even suspected foulplay or some "majboori". Hell, none even tried finding out if he was safe. Cheers!

It's funny how people are defending her lethargic attitude and inability to learn citing her previous circumstances (which we all have acknowledged) while completely ignoring the fact that how privileged she was in her second marrige. I have seen people rising to prominence fighting every odd without having anybody's back. Here Anupama had everything a women aspires in order to succeed. A caring and supportive husband,an understanding daughter and plethora of opportunities served on silver platter without toiling for it. All she had to do was cut off her abusers, maintain healthy boundaries with her adult, married children and focus on her new family and career. Alas! She failed to move on. Her obsession with her abusive ex,his parents and even his new wife choked her happiness. Neither was she committed to her family nor her career. Nobody expected her to fake American accent but atleast learn to pronounce basics correctly. Is it too much to ask for? Whole office hour she used to spend at SH,cooking,cleaning and serving them,giving massage to Kavya, taking orders for Baa, delivering them eventually returning to KM at night, apologizing to Anuj for skipping important meeting, discussing Shah's issues, sleeping only to repeat the cycle. Anyone will get pissed at this buffoonery. Not saying Anuj is a saint. He has his own set of faults but let's admit it was Anupama who drove him to the edge of madness.She can't be exonerated on the account of her history of abuse and trauma. That's all!

We are taught grammar, even our diction corrected.

There are English speaking classes, classes to correct pronunciation etc. are they ALL wrong? I mean they shouldn't exist?

Again, it is not the "accent" which will obviously have the local language influence but the grammar and pronunciation of the language itself. Dare we call even a name in a foreign language like how it is pronounced locally? It would be termed offensive. Hence, we put in efforts to learn to speak in an acceptable manner.

Grent pe lena. She wouldn't learn something she would be corrected?

I couldn't understand why she couldn't, for example say "Problem" and said "Poblem" instead, when she can perfectly say "Prashna", "Prakruti", "Prabhaav", "Prayaas".

She can say "Mohalla", "Lorry" but not "Sorry", says "Surry" instead.

She can say "Mishter Shah" but not "Koshish", says kosis instead.

Also, when Anuj corrected her, she would say "Yeh koi tame hain meri Angeeji sudharne ka?"

Audience: Toh baki "tame" toh tum Shah Sewa me lagi rehti ho, sudhaare toh sudhaare Kab?

Again, it is NOT what happened in the past but what did she do with the opportunities she eventually got? When we'll intentioned people corrected her, did she respect the efforts amd put in her own efforts?

Why 10 year old should not be understanding

Since Shruti Is going to be legally wife of anuj to legally so technically Shruti will be mother of choti not anupama because Maan are no more legally couple

So I guess apart from SH, there was no other place in Amdavad where Anupama ji could have met her bio "kids"? I see!

Was celebrating Holi more important than your grieving husband?

For the Last time on the Car accident issue that has been stretched beyond imagination against a 10 year old.

So, the sequence of events and happy to be poked on making amends subject to empirical evidence:

Choti Anu always had the fear of abandonment, nightmares, the issues aggravated with constant abuse at the hands of Shahs. ALL through this, she harboured the fears but was an extremely understanding and well behaved child without expressing her displeasure and fears. The couple of times she did, Anupama never addressed and assured her that her fears were baseless. Anupama's constant Shah House trips and neglect only solidify her fear.

So, Anupama, Kinjal, Choti Anu and Pari go on a picnic. This is during the period where Choti Anu has expressed the feeling of being left out and the fear abandonment has crept deep into her. Even during the picnic, Choti Anu is repeatedly seeking her time and attention which she doesn’t get. ALL this only affirms her feelings and fear.

Anupama, who was seated in the backseat along with Choti Anu and Pari. Anupama goes to the front seat despite Choti Anu showing her displeasure. When along with her, she takes Pari to the front seat, she sees her fears coming true.

Even when the time for rescue came, when she came as the last priority, so much so, that the other three were outside the hanging care, safe and she was alone trapped inside, she saw the worst of her nightmares come true.

It was more GOD'S grace and her good luck that at the last minute, the glass broken, she was pulled out and saved.

Again, there is no question on the rescue measures Anupama took but the sequence of events leading to it.

Are you saying that a 10-year old who was already battling such deep fear would be in a position to understand ALL this? Something even adults cannot, least if ALL the adult, married "kids" of Anupama could never imagine of understanding?

If yes, then that, is not a child, anymore.
