why abhira didn't tell anyone in house regarding yuvi is she is not a part of family as dadi is not accepting her. She gave hints to madhav but didn't go against dadis warning. If she is made comfortable as family , she will be secured from yuvraj. Thats for her safety and having a family of hers. Let him give that security through his family.

She didn't tell anyone because Yuvraj was spying the house and warned her to not disclose anything. He even managed to change medicines of Vidya. So she didn't say anything to anyone verbally. Madhav is police officer so she tried to drop hints through morse code which he might understand.
