Bindu must have realized the consequence of sneaking out to meet her (i.e Ashok's sister) . He stopped coming to see her in the fear of having more kids .

I don't believe any king would have a true love story. Even if they would love one of his wives they must have hide it from everyone for safety of that exact wife

Anyways there must have been some favourite queens with whom the king would love to spend time. I heard the kings used to spend nights with their favourite wives before going to war cos he has to leave someone after him to be the next king.

And this so called love story of the king are the products of movies and serials.

Kings can't afford to have one true love , mostly their legitimate wives were daughters of enemies or feudatories, their real true love would be one of their concubines 🤣😂

And here, my love life seems almost impossible!! Haven't even had a bf till now and it's useless as everyone just leaves or somehow we end up fighting, be it parents, siblings, friends or any potential love interest. At least those Kings and emperors had some fun.

Chanakya give examples of how queens had murdered their husbands thats why a king should not meet any one of his queens without an old lady interpreter 🙄 and thats why he had both male and female but mostly female bodyguards
