Ashok in one of his Inscription mentioned having sisters so yeah he did have sisters but they can be half sisters or cousins or both so if she showed a sister thats fine

When Karu told Uma was pregnant with Ashok's child she was are-you-stupid expression . Dev smartly deduced that Uma's death might have caused by Badhrak.
