Yes that is what the impression I got. But he is clear in his decision to get married with Arshi as of now. But you never know, when the makers can turn everything upside down.

Ya may be, I haven't watched ghum s1 much but was a fan of ghum 2 when it started, found it similar to story of a malayalam serial so I found it very interesting until they totally changed the story and brought 3rd angle back. I stopped watching since then and my only hope is Jhanak now

he cannot support her openly at this moment because he is fully aware that if he does show that they are capable of sending her behind his back.

So he have to show his hatred so that they listen to his words regarding her… and that’s why he is shouting so much..

Also for his sake Jhanak insulted him publicly so for her sake he is shouting at her publicly..
