There’s no Abhimaan still as per the storyline . Arman atleast today showed his gratitude to Abhira which was necessary . He still left her hand as soon as Ruhi called him out tho . So Abhimaan shipping makes no sense still

he was saying thank u to abhira......

he wanted that hug...as he was distressed.......and abhira gave him that support..... yahan to he was not even attacked...

uss din...abhira was ATTACKED...and when seh hugged him for support, he just did not.....

makers defo not doing this just for the sake of it.....
