Lootera(2013)

I rewatched it and it's so lyrical and beautiful.

Sonakshi has lived her part and she's the best thing about the movie. She should have received best actress award for the movie. I feel she overshadows Ranveer at times.

Lootera is not your regular run-of-the-mill movie. It's a masterpiece. I believe it's based on O Henry's The Last Leaf. Vikramaditya Motwane has created a film which will tug at your heartstrings.

The ending was heartbreaking

The soundtrack is mesmerizing.

The only drawback is that the movie ended too soon.

PERFECTION.

Sonakshi did overshadow Ranveer. she had a strong screen presence and had such vulnerability to her character, she looked really pretty. She should’ve done more movies in that look and space but I assume since the movie flopped, she stayed away from that.

It actually gets better with every watching. I end up watching some scene or song or sometimes the entire movie every other week.

I saw this movie in cinema. It was housefull. I had to sit in front row 😂 my neck hurt
