Shilpa Shivanand quits 'Dill Mill Gayee' for her Bollywood dreams.

Playing Dr. Riddhima has made Shilpa Anand a household name and now, the actress has decided to quit the show for the big screen. Shilpa has been trying her luck in Bollywood for quite some time now; she has done South movies and TV commercials, but 'Dil Mill Gayee' was the one that made her a superstar.

Shilpa has suddenly become very popular and she sure wants to cash in on her fame by going the Bollywood route; the actress is not disclosing much, but she is believed to have signed a couple of good movies.

'Dil Mill Gayee' being a daily show requires Shilpa to shoot all day long and sure leaves her exhausted; recently the over exerted actress also passed out on the sets.

Based on sources close to the actress, Shilpa has opted to act in movies as she feels that it is less stressful and pays big bucks too. Star Plus channel is having a tough time finding a replacement for Shilpa; the channel has short listed Sukriti Khandpal, but she has some big shoes to fill and wonder how her chemistry with Dr. Karan work on-screen as after all it is all about the 'Dill Mill Gayee'.
