Arjun was seriously on a verge of breakdown seeing Riya in this condition 😞 and it was more evident when they landed in hospital

Aisha was gathering courage inside her to push Arjun back to normal & react something but it was all vain 😞

Arjun was scared & couldn't loose Riya like this 😔 & it made him realise that how not only Riya loved him but he loved her too despite of their relationship their love Realization was now completed
