Uktarsh getting eliminated over Adhya and Vaibhav makes 0 sense to me.

Adhya is out of question I don't even want to discuss how she doesnt deserve to be even a part of the competition

But vaibhav.. he is never able to sing a whole sentence without taking a break to breath..

and Utkarsh got eliminated.. funny

Reading everyone review of this week episode and seeing little clips in YouTube. They are clearly proving that they didn’t wanted to take Utkarsh further and how planned and rigged was his elimination. They told Adya that she needs to buckle up and this week Dipan, Shubhadeep, Ananya and Obom but not Utkarsh great.

On 18th Jan Shreya followed almost all contestants including Mahima. She did not followed Utkarsh and Menuka. Watching Menuka and Utkarsh performance again and again raises questions like how can Menuka smile after forgetting lyrics, Why Shreya gave diplomatic reaction after Utkarsh's performance ?

May be trp from Maharashtra was low this time. I remember Rohit Raut saying in Interview that for the first time Idol got great trp from Maharashtra (for season 11). He had highest votes in last 4-5 weeks still he ended as runner up. So many celbs like Swapnil Bandodkar, Sid Chandekar for whom rohit gave music gave big big shoutout for him. It was impossible for Rohit to lose. Timings of Sur Nava were conflicting with Idol this time. Earlier show was Mon-Wed. It was impossible to get good trp from Maharashtra with Utkarsh singing all non classical songs. They invited Abhijeet Sawant instead of Mahesh Kale, Rahul Deshpande, Shankar Mahadevan to support Utkarsh in first episode. Manmandira jugalbadi or Utkarsh solo could have given them extreme TRP.

I hope he get song in upcoming Marathi Natysangeet based film. Film was under progress since last 4 years and will release this Diwali. He will stick to classical if this happens.

That’s really disgusting if they keep the singers based on what percent of votes they are getting. It’s like disrespecting the music. Also another thing I have noticed from beginning that whenever somebody gets performance of the week their promo would release in first but not his he got performance of the week once and they didn’t release his promo. There were so many performance where he deserved hit se Jayda lit but he didn’t got them. Of we think now then he was sodelined from beginning. I won’t say he was ignored completely but wasn’t promoted like some of the contestants despite being an amazing singer. Even Menuka was kind of ignore in last couple of weeks like her promo used to release early but from last couple of week they started releasing at the day of the performance. Both of their last prance promo wasn’t release. Anyway she is already doing well in the industry and hope to hear more classical songs from him and yes hope he gets to work in Marathi film soon especially in classical genre because Bollywood me toh you can’t say anything.

Seems like Dipan will be eliminated this week.

One more elimination where deserving contestant goes home because Dipan is far better than Obom and Adya.

Very unfortunate that Dipan was eliminated. He was a better singer than both Adya and Obom, and I think a deserved finalist. (That being said, I think for a lot of his songs, another contestant, e.g. Piyush or Subhadeep, probably could've sang it just as well, if not for the pigeonholing of genres).

I don't really care too much about who's 6th and 7th, as long as its Obom and Adya. Vaibhav should be #5; the remaining contestants are one tier above based on singing talent (entertainment wise ... Vaibhav is excellent). I think it's clear to me that Anjana probably should be #4 and Subho, Piyush, Ananya as 3, 2, 1 (but I wouldn't complain in any order). I think song selection is going to play an important role for me in deciding what place each finishes in.

The show has become a farce. Obom and Aadhya needed to go before Dipan and Utkarsh.

They will take 3 guys and 3 ladies to the finale. Looking at the previous 2 seasons.

So good chance that Aadhya will make it to top 6 .

Am afraid that Piyush or Vaibhav will be made a bakra for Obom to reach top 6, just like Dipan was.

Let's see who'll be the last to get eliminated. They have saved Adya & Obom for so long, so it's unlikely that they will miss the finale.

I think they’ll eliminate Adya last. The others barri no Obom are too good to be eliminated
