I used to watch a very popular Pak drama on YT last year.. Huge, massive fandom among Hindi speaking audience.. There were grey areas in the storyline, but the leads chemistry was serving...

And just when audience expected some good climax to the lovestory, as the leads had overcome all hurdles & finally was a time to confess their love.. there was such a drastic disgusting twist..

So much backlash on social media, just based on the precap, that the writers had to change the entire storyline, but the damage was done.. And unfortunate part was, that the writers were very excited with that twist.. Anyways I wouldn't even want to compare with what they did..

Though I don't see a direct co-orelation, and Gul knows her audience.. I am just not getting a good feeling of this Surya's twist..

Very anti-climatic.. As an audience, we were too heavily invested in Agastya-Imlie's Happily Ever After..

But I do get it.. After the end to Khooni Khatmal and revenge story being wrapped up, they needed to bring something spicy. And this ain't a typical saas bahu drama.. Still.. Something else.. Something more..

Overall, I’m sad now because man I really feel like Agastya won’t be coming back ☹️

PM me the name of the drama, I love watching Pak dramas, especially because they have finite number of episodes!

there were still things to wrap up, Meera for one, Sonali and Amrit relationship, also when Kunal was introduced he was dubious about his business. Imlie and her aspirations, they could have at least given us 1 week of nice episodes before bringing the kailesh, we didnt even get 1 episode of happiness.

I think (well for me at least) a major factor he is not clicking is because I am still holding on to Agastya, and whenever I see his scenes, I am looking for clues that will show me that this in Agastya actually. So in essence I am not able to appreciate the scenes in its standalone. I think once I can stop the comparisons and the correlations, maybe I will feel a little differently, but it hasnt happened yet, and I dont know when it will.

The Chaudhary’s really disgust me at this point. Imlie lived with them for over half a year and took care of everybody with so much love. She tackled a serial killer down the stairs to save their Gattu and endured blackmail from both Amrit and Vishwa for his sake. Even Mano Bua was looking at her with so much vitriol today.

Sure, they believe that Imlie’s goal was to “ruin” them like Meera and Kairi, because apparently Kunal and Dhanraj were innocent victims with no mind of their own. But what about Agastya? Were they also blind to how much he loved that girl? Were they equally blind to how miserable he looked on his “wedding” with Binni? They’ve known Binni for a month and they’re pampering her with some much love. Do all these grown adults not have judgement of their own? I really hope Binni loots the Chaudhary’s. Whatever she does to them, they’ll deserve it.

In all of this, I can’t help but also be mad at August Babu. How dare he give up on surviving so easily? Life was never easy on Imlie and it has been worse since he’s been gone. And on top of that, because of his mistake, she has to bare extra insults and humiliation from his family. Meanwhile a random stranger is getting to gloat and enjoy the comfort of his room. Even in today’s episode, Imlie was sleeping outside on the cot when Surya came to investigate. August Babu used to prioritize her safety above his own feelings or misunderstanding. Yet now she’s out there exposed to all kind of dangers.

I remind myself it’s just a show but my god is it frustrating to see one character always get the short end of the stick. If August Babu is somehow alive then he probably has a roof under which he’s recovering in a coma. Even his Schrödinger’s cat wali fate guarantees him less struggle than Imlie.

I had to rant, I’ll write the positive points about the episode in another post.

Considering Imlie can't step in the house to keep an eye on Binni, I'm glad Sonali is suspicious. I think she will uncover that Binni isn't pregnant with Agastya ka child but if that be the case, wouldn't that close doors for Agastya ka return (him coming back to set things right).

So ali might uncover the truth but until Agastya comes back and confirms they won't believe it...Dadi would even throw out Sonali for this baby probably

I really don't think Agastya is the only one who can confirm that Binny is pregnant with someone's else child..

If they do decide, to not ever bring back Agastya.. there are other possibilities too..

Imlie through her friends spying, can get in touch with Binny's parents.. they can also confirm that she was expecting even before the marriage to Agastya, and infact that's the reason, they were getting her married off, to someone else...

Or her ex-boyfriend/partner can turn up, with some guilty conscience...

I am just saying, there are other ways for everyone to find out about Binny's lies.. Infact ek mahina nikal gaya, Binny is pregnant, how come her reputable masterji father and family haven't checked up on her 😂😂
