I really don’t want him to manhandle or harass Imlie to find the truth. We don’t know enough about his character for now to guarantee he wouldn't take it too far. He is currently shown as the hero so obviously they wouldn’t make him do anything too outrageous. But no matter what, Imlie is definitely not the kind to let herself get intimated or bullied. She only endured Vishwa because of the blackmail, for Agastya’s sake. There’s nothing to use against her, Ashu is already with the Chaudhary or at the hostel. What leverage would Surya even have over Imlie to try and make her confess what happened to his jeeja/baava?

Manhandling scenes nahi dikhayenge but Surya definitely gonna be rude. Agastya was authoritative but he never raised his voice on Imlie even in worst circumstances like when he caught Imlie lies during his engagement with Nyonika

Surya and Imlie will have war of words. A sort of challenge like can Surya really prove Imlie as killer of his jeeja ji and Imlie deceiving him at every step. I now understand why Imlie took only jeeji and Chutki name in precap when she talked about Taking care of Agastya family. she will make sure that no harm reach them as they too were present on crime scene

show is still on 5th positive in popular category

The thing is gul and her team has played a big gamble. We can identify by the fact that she killed the male lead , brought a new character totally opposite to previous ml and changed the montage so even if initial trps don't come in favor of show, the whole track will not change. It's not like meera track whose response was poor so they changed the track in one week. They have heavily invested in it and will try to make this track work as much as possible

This is probably the most people I’ve seen in the AT since I’ve joined. It’s kind of sad that a bunch of us are losing motivation to continue watching.

I started writing after the end of the contract era when we were in the Vishwa blackmail track. I think it’s amazing that we’re able to analyze the scenes and the characters emotions to this extent. The TRP audience isn’t like us.

The few times I’ve watched with my mum, she didn’t catch on to the little details. She loves the moments where Imlie is shown to be multitalented. Seeing her be a culinary genius, a devout bahu or an enchanting singer. She finds it impressive when Imlie conquers hardship on her own. But even she loves Agastya and Imlie’s relationship and how they support each other, because Agastya is also an aadarsh pati. He’s a befitting partner for Imlie in terms of qualities in her eyes.

These characters were written in such a way that we as an audience are invested in them finding their happiness. Surya’s entry is fun and interesting but I don’t know if it’ll lead to Agastya and Imlie completing their kahani for now.

I still have enough hope in me to watch, I don’t feel like skipping episodes yet. But by Holi, if I see that they’re going for Surya and Imlie romantically, then I might actually take that break to binge watch the contract era again like that there will be a bank of episodes for me to catch back. Aage ki kahani jaane TRP rani…

I totally get what you are saying. As a Sai fan I am totally happy that Sai is going to play such different characters and emotions in this show. But my heart wants Agastya and Imlie together because they were 2 wounded souls who found love with each other. The way Agastya was misunderstanding of Imlie and then he slowly fell for her, did his share of mistakes like leaving her alone in the village where Imlie got molested but at the end he repented for every single one of them.

I feel the biggest wrong the creatives did was extending the revenge family ka track and the stalker track. Mystery genre was nice but they should have closed it a little earlier. And having this undue focus on the revenge family literally did nothing to help the show succeed at the trps. I would also say that the actors were really bad and I never felt an ounce of sympathy for either Vishwa or Navya.

At least with Surya I have some motivation to watch as I want to see how Imlie will stand up to Surya - she needs to do it to save Chutki and Jeeji as she promised Agastya and at the same time she is fighting against Surya who resembles her dead husband so much. It would be really a tear jerker for Imlie as she will be reminded every single time she lays eyes on Surya that he is not her babu and her babu is long gone.

I am not sure how the trp audience takes in this twist but maybe they will be intrigued to see how the character of Surya pans out. Let's see how the trps come in the next 2 weeks. If the trps don't come out they might show Agastya alive somewhere and in coma so that the audience will be tuned in to see Agastya possibly coming back.

Yes the creative team has invested heavily on the track - We can gauge that with the amount of publicity this track got. So they are definitely going to make this track work for the next few weeks. They gave time to the revenge family for so long even when it was clear that it was not working. Only now they tied up all the ends and closed the revenge family.

They had to change the dynamics of the show and that is why we have more melancholic FL and to suit her we have the dabbang ML. This is so very different from the initial khadoos akhroot ka chilka and his fiery sweet Imlie. Just hoping the trps go up. Fingers crossed.

I was watching the bts of cliff scene. They played Tere naam in the bg when Agastya fell down the cliff.

The lines, marke bhi na waada apna todenge, ek duje ka saath kabhi na chodenge..

Thank god, it was not there in the telecast, the trauma would have been bigger for me to overcome

actually they don't use the songs/music in episodes which they play while shooting. It's only used so that actors can feel the emotions and get into characters. Editing time they remove these background sounds

When Agastya imlie came home after viswa kidnapping of imlie, they had played kabhi khusi kabhi gham to create that atmosphere

In contract marriage episodes, when Dadi was giving lecture to Sonali about husband wife relationship, Agasthya imlie look towards each other with guilt ridden eyes and they had played ek villain movie Shraddha version of " Teri galliyaan " so that Sai adrija can grasp the emotions

Yes I know & I feel they should use such high on emotions song for telecast as well, particularly for the emotional scenes where you want the audience to connect on a personal level. It would have become a tough watch but the scene would have come out really beautiful, with a promising song in the background.

Don't know how much I can rely on hotstar rank. 10:30 pm show is 6th but you know the ratings. But fact is Imlie still remains at 5th despite every twist they tried.
