These people should be beaten in the same way and then locked in jail. Their injuries shouldn't be treated by anyone. Although anything would be less for these monsters. This video was so disturbing to see him smiling while beating a dog. I stopped after 5-10 seconds. Couldnt watch it... They need to arrest these buffons.
