Premise of AbhiMaan's story.

Who is Abhira? -Abhira is a bubbly, chirpy, fun-loving and a strong- headed girl. She has been raised by her mom alone as she had lost her father before her birth. Her mother was the only part of her life, her only family she had. She aspires to become a successful lawyer like her mother so that she could fight for people's right. She is in her final year of her law degree. She is a no-nonsense girl who doesn't take any crap from anyone. She is more of a practical girl.

Who is Armaan? - Armaan is already a successful and famous lawyer who belongs to a very rich Poddar family who own a law firm. He lost his real mother during his childhood and has been raised by her step - mom. He is a shy, nerd, mature and a responsible guy. His life revolves around his family and he can go to any extent to protect them even at the cost of his own life. He has a sacrificial nature. According to him, despite his family never liked his real mom, they still gave him a loveable position in the family, so he feels indebted towards them. He is more of an emotional person rather than a practical one.

When they met- Armaan and Abhira meet in a resort owned and managed by Abhira and her mom when Armaan goes to stay in that resort with his family for a family holiday. Coincidentally, Abhira's mom turns out to be his mentor and guest lecturer in the college he studied. He looks upto as his inspiration. Abhira and Armaan's journey starts with fights as they both are very different people and don't get along well. They disliked each other in the first instant they meet. Armaan's family too disliked Abhira when they met her.

Their journey as AbhiMaan starts- Abhira has been harrassed by a guy called Yuvraj and he forces her to marry her. Armaan gets to know about this and he rushes to save Abhira and Abhira's mom Akshara leaving his brother's wedding. There, Yuvraj fires a bullet towards Armaan but Akshara saves Armaan taking the bullet on her. In the hospital, Akshara gets worried about Abhira's future and asks Armaan a favour and promise to take care of Abhira by marrying her. Unwillingly, Abhira and Armaan marry each other to fulfill Akshara's last wish. Akshara dies and Armaan and Abhira make a deal with each other. The deal says that they will be together for one year until Abhira's final year of law gets completed and she becomes independent through getting a job. After that they will divorce each other.

Their journey continues in Armaan's family -They come to Poddar House shocking them. Initially, Abhira wasn't accepted by Poddars. But slowly and steadily she started to make a place in their hearts and lives. Armaan too started warming upto her and Abhira too started to understand Armaan better. Now, they are good friends. Armaan is supporting her in her career as he promised. Abhira is doing internship in a law firm and is enrolled into her final year of college. They have started to become each other's companions and started to come close to each other. Abhira has no one in her life and Armaan despite having a big family around him, he always was the one giving to them. He is the one who always sacrificed for them and not vice-versa. Abhira is bold, blunt, strong while Armaan is more of a fragile, calm person. They both are good-hearted people but with different ways of handling things. Abhira brings out the inner child of Armaan and Armaan helps her to deal with situations in a calmer way through his court life lessons.
