Yes. Ruhi is Arohi's (and Neel's) daughter. Arohi is Akshara's half sister.

Akshara doesn't have a sasural per se after her second marriage to Abhinav as he was an orphan. He was close to Neelamma and her granddaughter Muskan and treated them as his family. Muskan is married to Kairav, Akshara's brother.

Goenka's are Akshu's myka.

however i feel like , Arman's attitude toward Abhira s took a sudden jump , maybe it's just me.

Yes Goenkas are Akshara's mayka. Sasural people don't exist ( i haven't watched the previous generation so no Idea - probably all died )

Don't know what happened in Ghum but yes she called him and he didn't pick the call because his father was shot so he wanted to call him first. Roohi called him so Abhira was with him then helping him out in connecting the call to his brother. Abhira picks up the call Roohi did to armaan and scolds Roohi for calling again and again as Abhira was dialing the number to Armaan's brother. Roohi thought that armaan was cheating on her ( she didn't know the girl was abhira). She blocks his number and says yes for Rohit's marriage proposal from Rohit's family. Armaan tries to contact her again but gets to know he is blocked. He goes back home and ends up seeing Rohit and Roohi engaged. Seeing his family happy, he backs off and asks Roohi to accept Rohit.

Akshara in Gen 4 was shown raising Abhira single handedly. So she did not have a sasural in Gen 4. The older Akshara was played by Preeti Amin.

The reason for Ruhi to get married to Rohit was not same. Here Ruhi and Armaan did talk on phone. They were even supposed to meet on a date. But Armaan had to go to Mussoorie where Abhira used to live for work purpose. Mota moti the plot was almost lifted but with some tweaks.

Some parts of the kitchen scene actually made me so sad to think about what we could've had. When Ruhi's not shamelessly hitting on Armaan, her scenes are quite enjoyable, especially since Samridhii and Pratiksha actually play off each other quite well!
