All three were in their marriages for the wrong reasons - not for love - and I liked that instead of the ghissa pita message ke compromise karlo adjust karlo, they showed these people walking away instead of holding onto and investing anymore time in these futile, toxic relationships.

I wish the message about Mein as inner sukoon and self respect vs Mein as ego and insecurity was sharper. How one leaves you alone but at peace and on path to healing while the other leaves you alone but bitter and full of regrets.

There was an interesting theme in there somewhere which never came to fruition. The biggest disservice they did was marketing it as MJ-Zaid love story coz that set up people's expectations, so much so that people were no longer judging or speculating about Mein based on what is shown but instead based on what they imagined they were sold.

See I don't mind all going separate ways. Infact I did say that MJ should just leave him.

What I mean by it doesn't make sense is the whole purpose of plot and story telling. The theme Mein was really interesting. But the things which went on to progress the plot were senseless.. Matlab he marries MJ, then knows about Asif, then is an ass to MJ,.then wants to marry Ayra, bullies MJ with divorce, marries her, suddenly likes her, then suddenly he is romancing and then back to mistreating..ye kya hai 🤷

I am watching Rah e Junoon and now will catch up with Jaan e Jahan. I'm waiting for Teri Chaaon Mein and Jaan Nisar.

If it isn't obvious, I watch mainly Danish and Ayeza's shows Huuuuuge fan of them both but I'm a real Danish stan.

Mein also I started coz of Ayeza but then I became an A grade simp for Nameer which is why I saw all 30 episodes properly instead of binge-watching it once its done.

She asked for the 5 crores as a test? She asked for the room as a test? He broke her trust at that time. How? She doesn’t see that it was unreasonable? And yes Mubashira was faking being nice to Ayra but ayra treated Mubashira like crap too. She wanted her room, clearly said that zaid will live with her, went to mjs father to give her shaadi ka card etc etc... How is any of this mean that zaid broke her trust bec he was uncomfortable with it???

If you get married to a man with a wife then doesn't your religion say that both wives have to be treated equally? But ayra didn't want that, did she???

Jaane jahan I am watching but so far I feel it's just okayish! I don't like much of Hamza's character.

Exactly. She walked into a marriage with an already married man herself. As soon as she came in that house, she started showing this smug attitude as if madam oscar worthy performance de rahi hai.. wanted that room, printing her name on cards to degrade MJ, low of going to MJ' s father, dragging Zaid away, then crying ke I don't like seeing you talking to her. Bhai why did you marry him then? He was ready to divorce MJ.. yes he did say that it's contractual after she throws tantrums. But he was obliged to treat both fairly especially when MJ was accommodating

Its not wrong to have a character like Zaid, but to make him Joru ka Ghulam is what ruined it for me. Very dull na it becomes then to watch.
