Ye toh usually hota nehi I mean ek bar check kar sakte ho aap shayad sirf Gmail aur sirf Facebook se ho

There is usually an option to reset password, if you have already tried everything and have no way to get the account back, make a new one and note down your password somewhere

Exactly. Use notepad app/ gmail the password back to the one which you frequently use and remember the pass.
