Seriously. Heights of cheapness. Now I understand why Wahaj agreed for this script. It was supposed to be Asif & Zaid but they ended up giving him minimum screentime. They didn't do justice to his character. Wahaj should sue them. Seriously like Salman khan once said, when we select a script it has so much potential but while making it or after it's completed we realise it didn't turn out how we expected but we just have to go with it..

1. according to the story Zaid MJ were never written as endgame. In fact Zanjabeel said they never had history, Zaid’s injustice to MJ was a main point in the story, AND MJ’s Mein to win him would make an end of her ending up alone make sense. She definitely lumped Asif and MJ’s Meins together

2. She either wrote all 3 ending up alone or Zaid /Ayra endgame. Which makes sense with the original synopsis of the story on ARY’s website “Will love triumph over social status?” - so the love story was Zaid Ayra so let’s see what happens

3. if a Zaid MJ endgame happens it is not supported by the script which is why people are so divided on this. They’re just not the story we are being told. So if it happens it’ll just be the directors choice to give some 🍭 to the audience at the end instead of showing everyone ending up alone lol. An injustice to the story being told but it can happen

4. I feel Ayeza was offered both the roles of Ayra and MJ and I think she herself went for the different character in this (the villain) and the leftover was given to Badars favorite Azeekah. If she had played Ayra, no other endgame other than Zaid Ayra would be what people would be rooting for. So people’s division on this is also related to performance and actors, other than the false advertising that was done

Mein was made up just to cash Wahaj stardom. All photoshoot thing, songs was made just to sell "Chemistry" because it was hot topic related to wahaj. I am really disappointed how we audience made fool by makers and actors. As a huge fan of wahaj i am really disappointed by him for becoming a part of that process where fans were betrayed first in Tb and now Mein 😢😢😢 We love our favorite actors,defend them every time but they shouldn't give false hopes to their fans 😣

I will never believe all these marketing gimmick of any drama again

I doubt. Because Ayeza did neg roles before and aced it. They obviously would have casted Azekah no matter what. I don't think they had offered her MJ at all because she could never do this role. I think Azekah must've been the first choice for Ayra. If Mein was Badar's baby & had scenes in his head, he obviously had the cast set in his head

I swear. Even Ayeza too. Wy would both actors be part of a marketing campaign selling them as a couple in Mein when the love story was between Zaid and Ayra. MJ aur Zaid ke beech toh kuch kabhi nahi tha. Azeekah should have been in the poster and OST. Even the MPHT OST at least they showed there were 3 people in this relationship.

And a lot of things she wrote was skipped and lot of other things were added

She said consummation part was only to attract the audience so that they tune in to know the status of mj zaid marriage

Haven't watched the interview.

From what I understood, this is Badar 's brainchild.

He wanted to create drama around the first wife who was forced into accepting a sautan.

Zanjabeel wrote something which Badar tweaked to his convenience for what he had in mind.

Most likely his sympathies are with the first wife, so even if Zanjabeel didn't write a mein to Ayra, he ended up putting some mein in her.

Wahaj Signed this drama because it is an extraordinary circumstance of a character having two wives, so he very much saw a story in it.

Badar got someone to direct the ost with what he had in mind, which Zanjabeel never wrote. Since it was Badar's idea to begin with, he will twist it the way he wants.

I'm so glad she mentioned Bashar Momin...I had written before that I find the spirit of Bashar Momin the extreme way the characters have been written...I had attributed it to MJ, but yes Asif too..so blind to his faults...

Asif has been punished by his daughter, so we may not see Zaid leaving him. Asif might apologise to both kids if he doesn't kill himself.

How does Ayra end up asking for 5 Cr in the final episode is the question I need answer to.

What about the first poster which had MJ as the central character? Obviously MJ was the crucial part of the story always, I feel.

Yep just my theory. From the story that Zanjabeel wrote Ayra seems like the heroine and MJ the villain. And Ayeza has done negative roles in the past. She probably thought MJ would be more interesting to play than Ayra, so took that one. I’m sure she was offered a choice since she’s a bigger star than Azeekah. Or maybe Badar just had all of them in mind when he cooked up this crap lol. I know he wanted Azeekah in this for sure lol. He always does
